    Tore the arse out of shoulders last night. Did a pre exhaust with lateral raises before pressing. Went good.

    Starting 40mg clen today and adding taurine in

    I always do my compound exercise first to get the max benefit then go to lighter weights and hit all three heads of the delts. I have tried clen and can't tolerate the shakes, feel like a recovering alcoholic on that stuff.

    If im doing plate loaded press i generally load that up first but i struggle to get dumbells into position if i do that as my firste exercise so pre exausting allows the weight to be less on it but still hit the same intensity. I so like going heavy on shoulders so you need to check your ego as you come in i suppose.

    Clen is horrendus. When used continually. I often used yo take 20mg or so to get a mood lift from it used sparingly but using it for fat loss is when the headaches, cramps and shakes come. I get particularly bad cramps in the muscles behind my chin and neck. The shakes go away after 2 days at any given dose so its not too bad for me i suppose but the worst effect is the fatigue. I can sleep but i never feel rested.

    Try ephedrine and caffeine. I like it over clen and I do not get the shakes normally from clen.
    I would not recommend going above 100 per day of ephedrine. At first, I would cycle by days because it killed my appetite and Inwouldnlose too much weight too quickly.

    Afternoon guys. Just did chest. It went terrific. Really tore some fibres down.

    Plate loaded press
    1 double drop set 160kg

    Flies
    1 drop set 22kg

    High to low pulley
    2 sets to failure 43kg each side

    Incline press
    1 double drop set 110 kg.

    Absoultely gassed and with 30 mins cardio at the end.

    I already take 20mg synephrine and caffeine before fasted HIIT in the morning. I feel a little jittery until I get going. Do you feel there is much difference between synephrine and ephedrine?

    I'm really glad I joined this challenge it has re-focused me on what is right and needs to be done, instead of just coasting along on past experience. I thought my intake was ok, but if I would have tracked it I was consuming way to much and to much simple carbs. I think I may surprise a few with the end result!

    I have never used synephrine so I am basically going to use my studies.
    Ephedrine
    1) increases metabolism aprox 5%
    2) increases the availability of fat to burn
    3) increases energy expenditure

    Synephrine is similar however ephedrine is considered more potent.
    Ephedrine has negative sides which is increased BP and heart rate. Synephrine was the “fill in “ for ephedrine due to the issues with the heart.

    Since my wife just had a heart attack from an over stimulated heart, hers was doing 221 BPM when the ambulance arrived ... I think I will just fine tune my diet and exercise more! LOL

    Generally I do too, but there's something to be said for mixing it up, and pre-exhausting is a great strategy

    The studies that I have seen show that someone at your bf level does not benefit from the aspirin (for fat loss). Overweight people do.
    Some still like the aspirin for the blood thinning. I personally do not use it.

    Knocked off my HIIT this morning [5 min warm up, 10 minutes (15 seconds balls to the wall 45 second rest x 10), 20 minutes at about 137 -140 bpm heart rate, 5 minutes (30 seconds hard 30 seconds easy), 5 minute cool down]. Did a great shoulder work out 6 sets military press varying grip width, 245 pounds drop setting to 185, front barbel raise 4 sets, bent over rear delt cables 4 sets, (4 sets lateral raise, 4 sets front raise, standing front to back raise 4 sets, 25 push-ups 4 sets) I do these one after another with no rest until after push-ups then rest 1 minute and repeat for 4 sets, 5 sets shoulder shrugs.
    Ok I didn't hit my calories today and I need to look at my list of foods and add some more carbs in.

    Edit: Forgot one important tid bit of info .... did my first injection of 80mg Tren Ace this morning!

    Wow found a real gym not distant from home, less than 10min walk, subscription is cheap and they got any equipment I can think of, including 60kg dbs.

    You can get ephedrine (bronkaid) at your local walgreens in most states. At walgreens or cvs you will see the bronkaid© card. In the isle with sudafed and other decongestants etc.

    You take the card to the counter and present a valid ID and in 22 states uou must sign a E-log that keeps track of how much you buy.

    It is literally regulated on a county to county basis in some states and laws vary. If you want it and cant get it in your state I could help you out.

    Most people think it is illegal because it was put behind the counter because inbreds and white trash concentrate it into amphetamine.

    In some states it is a regulated drug only obtainable with a script though.

    Its about 16 bucks for 60 tabs.
    Primatene is another but it is not nearly as effective as bronkaid because primatene contains ephedrine (hci) instead of ephedrine sulfate.

    As charger said over 100 mg per day is dangerous for many and I will also add you must be very careful what stimulants you mix it with.

    Stay away from guarana and yohimbine.
    The only expectorant I would recommend is the guiafenesin (that is already in the tabs of brinkaid) and caffeine.

    Asprin is wise because it keeps platelets from sticking together and could help prevent bp issues while on it.

    Taking 50 mg with a red bull or coffee and an 81mg asprin is a damn good pre workout.

    It is a beta 2 agonist so you get immune to it if you run it constantly. Two or three days off per week will allow your receptors to return to normal so you will get full effect of the dose.

    Urine acidity greatly increases the half life up to double. Consuming inorganic acids from things like soda or energy drinks will lengthen the half life and needs to be considered when dosing.

    Always monitor BP when taking and a beta blocker such as atenolol will offset increased blood pressure by blocking the increased epinephrine caused by it (very handy if you dose it too late and can't sleep).

    You will note very increased lung capacity because it is probably the best brochodialator there is. It is great for pumps like nothing else. If you start getting too jittery back the dose off.

    It is greatcfor energy too. On one of those days you just can't get going it will pick you right up. Oh, and you will piss away a lot of water weight.

    Just returned from the gym 55 minutes on arms and 30 minutes cardio.... now off to get some bleacher butt watching my grandson play some ball! Taking tomorrow off.
