    Yeah, probably worth it though. I encouraged my husband to get a mole removed from his face. He was hesitant bc the expense and pain. Insurance didn't cover it bc purely cosmetic. Long story short, he's very happy he did it.
    Save your money and go to someone good. Dont wanna go to a hack when it comes to your face

    Awesome we are very coordinated this week.

    Back is painful on my shoulders. Lots of crunching.
    Managed to stop some shoulder pain happening by adjusting some exercises. For example not doing a snatch movement to throw the dumbells up for seated shoulder press, instead using my knees.

    First injury will be shoulders. I know it

    3 weeks guys n gals, time to up doses by 10x and call off vacation time and kick it into high gear. 3x a day gym.

    Morning 500 sit ups 500 push up. 45 minutes gym

    Afternoon same

    Hey all...

    Sorry I haven't posted in a while, was away in Spain last week then got back and have been sick. Felt very lethargic past 3 - 4 weeks, thought it was down to the gear and deficit so ignored it, anyway got back from Spain and was in hospital to following day. Had BW, heart scan and a few other checks, all came back fine. Turns out i have a viral fever which is causing all the symptoms, and the past 2 days ive accumulated a chesty cough, stuffy nose, body shivers etc.. all that good stuff.

    So anyway, i'm boiling this down to the fact that i haven't had a proper break from gear for about 6-7 months so i have decided to stop my cycle and go back to a cruise the next 4-6 months, i think this is my body's way of telling me i need a break.. have been going full blast with the drugs, work and all other aspects of my life and its finally caught up with me!

    Anyway, I am still going to compete despite me coming off my cycle, I haven't decided whether to go on my prescribed TRT dose of 150mg or cruise on 250-300mg yet may start with 300mg for the rest of this comp and then go down to TRT. Last shot of deca 150, mast 200 and test 300 was done on Friday, i will do my first cruise shot tomorrow (wednesday)

    So yeah that's where i am at... Will get in some update pics when I'm back on my feet!

    Need to get in touch with my GP and have liquid T3 scripted, I don't even have to pay for it. Sometimes our NHS is actually useful lol. Will start lowest and eventually up from there.

    Cool, nice session. Strength was better so went more intense, scraped DB and BB bent over rows cause the lats had given (tried anyway).

    Took preventive measures before going to stay focused despite the ladies

    hypers
    pullovers (wu)

    V grip pulldowns
    Wide gride pulldowns
    Seated v grip rows
    Seated rears rows

    more hypers and went home.

    Chest is sore from yday but not as I wish it to be...gonna squeeze harder next time.


    Legs tomorrow.
