Leg day was good. I said I were to reach a new PR and did hit 290kg x 6 at the sled leg press.
Leg ext
Horizontal press
/wu
Sled press 170 to 290 adding a plate x side each set
Leg abd/add
Seated calves
hypers
One month of training legs (five sessions) passes and I'm contented. Went from 170x6 very first time to 290x6 today. Same routine which is getting old though, gonna change things next time, maybe try some proper squats.
Need food and rest now, shoulders and traps tomorrow.

To my reckoning the horizontal makes bw count, load on legs should be comparable to squatting same weight, the sled you push the platform up so bw doesn't count there.
With squats I wasn't going anywhere I could only load 50kg (120lbs) on bar and that did absolutely nothing to my legs, so I consider the above to be rather of a big improvement, but I'll hack my way up to some serious squatting eventually, CV strain being the limiting factor.

I don't see a problem with that it's just a few days out. Myself I can only take pics on Sunday so got to be either 15 or 22th.
You can of adjust the seat that's what I do. I go deep with knees close to chest at the leg presses, I got good flexibility and stretch thoroughly before pressing.
Thanks still got a long way to go.

In my opinion, most of you could have posted the day after it started as your final pics. You are giving the others more time than yourself to improve.
If everyone agrees, then I do not have an issue with a change date for finishing. I do believe that it needs to have EVERYONE in agreement. One of you may have this planned out for a specific date and still need to dehydrate for the final pics ( just an example).
I have provided my .02. So the rest of the judges and contestants, it’s up to you.
Or we could just leave the date and let everyone post when they feel like it.

Since we all got our setbacks with trips to hospitals holidays etc I'd say it's not a bad idea to give everyone some bonus days, so to speak.

Good enough session but nothing special, focused on the presses, tried the military, smith, and DB presses. Must say I'm getting more and more confident with DB pressing vs anything else, best feeling when it comes to isolating target.
Then usual lateral raises sset upright rows, no negative took a break from them, went more intense on the rears instead, did some dropsets on the rev pec fly.
Planned shrugs and tried but couldn't just raise the bar, no fuel left. Arms tomorrow, I'll give it a try again.
Today a former world championess was training in the room she's same age as PBDC I believe, nice to give glances at.
I knackered, heading to bed hoping for a good sleep.

I have really struggled to add cardio, but my business partner wants to start working out to help him with his new found hobby, scuba diving, so we're gonna start doing cardio together. This will definitely motivate me to get off my ass. Adding cardio should make a big impact, since I haven't done much of it in years. Should also help lower hr
