Completely changed my chest routine, concentrating totally on upper chest for a little bit. I'm already sore!
Incline dumbbell press
Reverse grip bench press
Behind the head dumbbell lift, on flat bench
Cable flies, cables set low
Standing presses on Smith. More of shoulder, but I lean back a little to hit very upper chest
Then I hit tris

Kratom is a joke and I can't believe someone would pay the price for that crap repetitively.
It made me feel... No effect.
Its some kinda vegan approach to opiates.
If you get jacked up on it stay away from red bull. An 8oz cup of coffee would blow these pansies hearts up.

The weather forecast sound silly btw. They talk about this heatwave from Africa approaching like "pleasurable sunny days". My ass.
Not sure if I can keep training consistently but will try, worst is I pull a bad session, but still better than nothing. Might not be in the best of shape for final pics though...

Damn T4, it's long lasting so the nasty sides are going to take days to subside, worst is yet to come just getting the shakes, will just avoid any tomorrow but this is likely going to screw my training as well as my normal functioning for the whole week. Exactly what I needed to confront with the coming heatwave...

Hummmm so has the end date changed? You all seem to have forgotten the old guy is still in this. Just returned from a week with no internet and hardly any cell coverage. When you get 30,000 people up in the middle of the north woods for concerts and no extra temp towers, good luck with the cell phone. I dropped 5 pounds over the past week (liquid diet ). I did find a local gym and went and paid 8 bucks for a day pass twice.
I can tell you my head is pretty darn big. After a week of wearing just shorts and flip flops, I would venture to say atleast 50 people stopped me and made a comment about being jacked, ripped, built like a MF etc....
Overall I had a blast with family and friend. I ain't gonna lie I abused my body and liver, but this is our once a year trip. I did keep the comp in mind and I didn't hit it as hard as I normally would.

Well it went better than expected. The sides from T4 get better with physical activity, especially if strenuous.
Inclide DB press
Incline DB flies
Chest press machine
Cable flies, multiple angles
Those cables finish felt like litting a fire in my chest, liked that a guy asked me how many years I have been training lol

Ok so far I have been fairly quiet and just chugging along ... time to reveal that I have been working hard despite all the partying i do. The old man still has some game in him LOL. Could I be doing better yes. But in my defense I have a lot of issues I am dealing with (meth head 32 year old son), wife and I are in a fued over how to handle it, and of course I do enjoy my partying. No matter what I try to eat clean and when I go to the gym I am focused and work my ass off.
Birthday is July 23rd and I will be 57, so win lose or draw I feel I am still a winner!!!!

Whoo hoo, bi's have grown little over 1/2" since comp started. I swapped to bulk about 5 weeks ago when I had to stop cycle, and I'm liking it! Legs and ass are finally starting to grow
