May 2018 Most Improved Competition [FINISHED: Results in post #5]

Got a killer leg workout in today, finally gaining strength after a long break from legs cause of back injury. Been slowly increasing weight, and I'm up to 225 on squats without struggling or straining back. I'll probably go ahead and ease up to 275 next week

One good thing about not posting judges scores so far, is if we decide to not wait on one, we contestants can vote on that without knowing who the current winner is

That’s what you think!!!! I went back and forth about 1 hour to try and get the placings right to the criteria.

Very difficult to get by. People are walking around like zombies. Nobody has an AC, houses are built to KEEP heat, large windows to get max sunlight in... Something about this heat feels different from South Europe or southeast Asia, it hits your head much harder. Lots of fires too, couldn't handle it needed assistance from polish firefighters. Not even close to the tragedy in Greece though.

Weather predictions for August are 20-25c hopefully true.

BTW a few days ago I found out why pics always came back as dark. Some setting on phone camera was off, lol.
