    Sound like me

    Was 5'6" 255lbs from age 20-27.

Holy crap, just weighed in at 240, nothing but shorts. Weighed 208 6 weeks ago! Time to hit some hard cardio and diet...

I'm pretty sure 15-20 of it is extra water

Theres a young girl at our gym, 18 or 19, that wears them things made by under armour. And she has the body to wear them!

The first 6 months I was on HRT I worked out like a crazy man and tracked all calories. During that 6 months I dropped from 226 to 195ish, I am at 205 today. I didn't build much muscle during that 6 month, but lost a lot of fat.
So this was over 3 years before touching tren . I use the tren to keep body-fat down because I have the fat gene in me and could be fat if I let myself go ...have been there. I do feel that the cycles I have done helped me build certain muscles that I wanted to improve. Just like this comp I focused on back mostly and legs secondary. With a titanium hip legs are a bit harder to lift heavy.
Since I turn 57 today! Looking at these pics I would say I have done pretty good through my 50's.
Damn right. I hope I get there and rock the 50's like you. Got just over 4 years to go

    Age ain't a thing

I met an artist, Corinne Hartley, today (which happens to be her 94th birthday). She's mobile (no cane or walker), and her vision and hearing are like a 60 year-old's. She still paints, teaches art, and is writing a book.
I feel honored she took time from her busy day to talk art and life choices with me.
I wanna be like her when I grow up!
If interested you can find her website by Googling her name.

Today was my day off from the gym but I did cardio this morning. I think I lost all that estrogen water weight but I'm gonna take a diuretic tonight anyway bc why not/can't hurt.
I'll post my final pics in the a.m.
It's been fun getting to know you guys through this competition.

I know an 84 year old cowboy like this.
The guy lived hard and was wild as hell when he was young. Two years ago he got in a fistfight with a 30 year old. Him and his son have the same name and his son was arrested on three occasions for his dads warrants.

He was at a whorehouse, stripping, on the bar with some of the whores and a cop (undercover, ya right) got in an argument with him. Cop followed him to his truck and grabbed him from behind and had him pinned against his seat. The old man hit the cop in the head with a horseshoeing rhasp and dropped his ass. Lmfao!
He got charged with shit that would have put him away for multiple life sentences but he beat it.

Even at his age I have watched him turn a ball cap around backwards and footrace kids.

He has a thousand other stories just as wild as that one and they are all true as he is. I knew one guy he used to raise hell with.

He drives a semi on winding two lane roads at 70mph. I asked him why he drives so fast when all the other people over 70 are peering over the steering wheel going 40mph.

He said, "Because the are pussies. They dont have any heart. They just want to give up."

99% of the people his age start talking and I disappear. Can't help but respect a man that never backed down and made it to be old as he is.

This has been going on long enough, let the doctors do their job but let them know you are not happy with the diagnosis. Search for 2nd opinions or specialists.

There are tons of exams they can do to properly find out whats wrong, dont let them not do it cause of saving money to the NHS.

    Wish you the best recovery!
Thanks man, went to the docs again today.

CK is still elevated but its come down a lot since the last BW (last BW i had post gym in hospital which is probably why it was so high), they said its likely to do with training although they want to keep an eye on it and are going to test it a few times over the next month or two. I am having more tests done Friday, they are testing b12 as well even though I take a supplement i may not be absorbing it and i dont eat meat and hardly any dairy... At this point i'm praying that this is the issue.... All my symptoms link to b12 deficiency, numb hands/nerve problems, muscle weakness, fatigue, brain fog etc... so if its this, its a simple fix... injectable b12!

If that comes back fine as well as the other things he has tested for then i will be referred to a specialist!

Just annoying I have to wit another week... My legs do feel a touch stronger, nothing drastic though just a bit more kick in them when taking the stairs and stuff! Guess that's a good sign...

    We all have our challenges.
You're in a great place. Don't muddy it with excuses and asterisks about all the hardships you've overcome. Just be proud of your accomplishments and keep striving for improvement. You got this!
    Happy birthday!
Lots of people don't have the fat gene and are hard gainers.
I wasn't making excuses, I was trying to show the progression from getting fat with low T (299 on a scale of 300-1100), to HRT, and then to HRT with an occasional 8 week cycle of tren . I am very happy with how I look over-all, would like to be a bit leaner, but I am realistic and know that with my lifestyle it would be darn near impossible to maintain sub 15%.
I plan to try and get better pics submitted this evening.

You sound like me. When I get to the bf your at, I'll be happy to maintain that. Would like to hit 10-12% once, to prove I can do it. Besides that, maintaining 15-18% and good muscle mass is good a nuff for me

This was working out in front of me the other day again. Not complaining though. I went up and told her I was impressed that she could bench 85 pounds 8 times, considering she probably only weighs about 100 pounds herself.

Midnight. If you guys could get pics within 6 hours from now it would be golden, I'm going to fall asleep after that and have time tomorrow after that. Not the end of the world if they come a little late

    Yeah.... that's what I'm thinking.
It was a great experience but part of me just wants to be done.
If course (at this point) I still plan on doing the next comp.
I love your attitude, Tarzan- you've always been about the big picture, the long run. That's the way to look at fitness

Why not put best foot forward?

'heres this primer painted 69 Chevelle SS with a 454, it should win this car show because the judges know what it looks like if I had cherry laquer paint job on it"

I'm a judge in this, and I'm not going to assume what you would or should look like , I'm going purely off before and after pics.

If for instance, a guy was in great shape in before pics, all pumped up, then posted pics of a 20 lb cut not pumped and looks flat compared to before pics, then I see nothing other than two images side by side, that's what we are judging on.

I get what you saying, but I really dont care bout the win, I keep doing these for motivation. If I would've lost the water weight and been ready, I would probably do different
