Ya I am sipping some 10 tear old scotch then going out to dinner with friends drinking and eating a big ol steak. I will take pics tomorrow. Oh and the ambulance just hauled my dumb ass son off to the ER again. Blood sugars over 600 (off the readable scale) and my niece just committed suicide last Monday after a decade of depression. But NO FUCKING EXCUSES I am very happy with how I look right now.

HELP! These MAY be my final pics (judges don't use yet). I am struggling to find a good place in my house to take pics. Every wall is a earth tone and I can't find any good lighting. I feel these pics don't truly represent what I see in the mirror. But, I am out of time for today I have to go visit my son in the hospital then come home and make dinner for our Sunday family dinner with our daughter and grandsons. I may have to try and take pics in the gym tomorrow where the lighting is good and there is a white wall.

Thanks but nice try PB ... I know your pics will be awesome and blow mine away so I need to try again in better lighting. Background was the mattress we keep in our weight room for when we have parties and someone shouldn't drive home.
Yes I think the 24th. We have the head of our agency coming fro DC to visit our office tomorrow and not arriving till 1:30 and staying till 5. So I will have to work late tomorrow. Also don't know when they will let my dumbass son out of the hospital and i will have to pick him up. I ran into same issue with lighting, also no mirror to check pose so I'm quite non contented with these pics, I'll see if I can shoot better ones for the moment these are provisional:
Must admit I've been into some nervous eating lately and stocked some fat/water, I'm up 4 lbs the last week only, not the best condition I could present so to speak.

Opps forgot I increased my HRT test cyp from 70mg E3.5 days to 100mg E3.5 days, did my 12.5 mg stane daily, hcg nac etc...

Thanks, delts are where I see most improvement, guess it's just the higher AR % expressed locally, no real merit there.
Test/Tren -E 30/20mg, respectively, ED. I don't really feel like tren has ever done anything to muscles though, I only feel the androgenic and progestin benefits from it. I've gained much more from higher Test alone previously, even if not training.

Overall I'm up 12 lbs since start of comp. 168 to 180. Holding much more water comparatively, and gained some fat perhaps, I hope to have added a bit of lean tissue too.

I hate to post these, but I have too. I've put on close to 20 lbs in last couple weeks, mostly water I'm sure. I was running tren , deca , mast and test till half way through the comp. T3 as well, stopped it about a week ago. Happy with my fat loss and muscle gain, disappointed I I let it go to shit at the end. Oh well, I'll drop the water soon, back on the diet in a couple days. Regardless, having a ball in Florida!

I like the younguns to believe that it can be done with good nutrition and training. If my old brain serves me, I have done a total of 7 cycles in my life started about 3 years ago. Highest dose I have ever done was this last cycle all the rest were 50mg Tren ace EOD and 200 a week test. Have been on HRT for 7 years. I will have to see if I can find a pic of me prior to HRT. I have always lifted and trained since I was 16 so 41 years.
Do I feel I have enhanced my build with tren and test ... hell ya especially at my age.

My wife has a million pics on her Facebook so I took a look. I found a couple pics, both of these pics were taken when I was 50, the year I started on HRT. The first 6 months I was on HRT I worked out like a crazy man and tracked all calories. During that 6 months I dropped from 226 to 195ish, I am at 205 today. I didn't build much muscle during that 6 month, but lost a lot of fat.
So this was over 3 years before touching tren . I use the tren to keep body-fat down because I have the fat gene in me and could be fat if I let myself go ...have been there. I do feel that the cycles I have done helped me build certain muscles that I wanted to improve. Just like this comp I focused on back mostly and legs secondary. With a titanium hip legs are a bit harder to lift heavy.
Since I turn 57 today! Looking at these pics I would say I have done pretty good through my 50's.Last edited by bethdoth; 08-11-2018 at 10:08 AM.

Here is fat me in June 2000 I was just starting HRT with androgel . The gel did not work, test actually dropped. Tried the patch no go, then asked my doc to let me do my own injections. About February 2011 my test was in the 850 range (scale 300-1100) and in November December 2000 I started HIIT 5 days a week in the AM, lifting in the PM and tracking every bite I ate.

You dont have to lift heavy to train legs. Time under tension.
Who doesn't have "the fat gene?"
We all have our challenges.
You're in a great place. Don't muddy it with excuses and asterisks about all the hardships you've overcome. Just be proud of your accomplishments and keep striving for improvement. You got this!

I've been overweight/obese since childhood cause pediatrician did put me on lot of meds (cortisone antihistamines etc) and only committed to change things in my young adulthood, it was hard to but the best decision towards a better version of me, so far.
The dip down to 55kg or 123lbs was not normal I wasn't eating nor drinking enough cause of worsening lethargy and exhaustion it went on for months, reached a point were I was bad dehydrated couldn't even sit on a fvcking chair, with one feet in the grave not even today I know how I made out of that (on my very own...).
