A bit sleepy and in for chest in a moment.
Back especially upper is nicely sore, lats not so much. Hams seems to have taken the toll from the deads.
Ordered those looped straps should arrive in time for next back day.

Maybe so, and the next 10 you ask may reject you, but eventually you'll land one. It's all about persistence. Hell, if only one out of hundred worked, just ask a hundred girls. You could do that in one day! Back in my bar days I had about a one in ten ratio. I did not bother me a bit to get rejected, many of nights I got rejected, then ended up with a girl way hotter than the ones that rejected me!

Chest session today was so-so. Muscle stiffness was back at it I guess from the T3, but can't be sure.
Legs tomorrow, my favourite.

After having trouble with high heart rate, I lowered my t3 to 25 mcg, where it's been for awhile. My rate has dropped to upper 80's, which is not low enough. I felt the aas I was taking had something to do with, but should pretty much be out of my system now. I'm gonna drop the t3, which I hate to cause it keeps my blood sugar from dropping, normally happens several times a day, after I eat

Upper back is as sore as it never been. Trick I did is to set chest pad on the rear delt row machine so that to allow release of scapulae at end/start of movement, that's going to work shoulder blades stabilizers such as the rhomboids and mid lower traps other than rears, which are quite sore as well.
