Weak and pain in my shoulders. Felt like it ws going to be a shit wo but carried on
Lat pulldown
Working set 113kg forced negs
Working set 100kg forced negs.
Was grunting and crying to get these out. Ended up shaking like a leaf afterwards like i was on 200mcg of clen
T bar rows
100kg to failure
Back extentions to failure 20kg
40 mins cardio
Shoulders are in pain from rowing and my chest and back are blasted. Feel like tonight i need w rest mmmmmm

Strong lifts there Zeus.
This nice piece of equipment is alone at gym most of the time.
I'd need a spotter but might have finally found somebody, was thinking to start BB bench pressing on that one.
Flat BB always hurt my right RC, how does the decline fare in the regards of shoulders stress?
What is proper form? Do I need to arch back like in the flat?

Leg extension
Horizontal leg press

sled leg press, pyramided from 170 to 250x10,8,6
Seated calves
Standing calves
leg adduction
leg abduction
lying leg curl
Maxed out the weight stack available at the leg adduction machine (145kg), seems like a can crush a damn watermelon between my thighs.

My issue is more complicated I broke right clavicle as I was born as a result right shoulder is naturally more internally rotated and protracted vs left, that throws mechanics a bit off especially with a barbell I need to mind some extra effort with putting it back into position.

Almost everyone has some sort of difference between sides. If I dont concentrate my left shoulder starts lifting off and rotating with heavy sets, Im not a powerlifter so I dont go above 120kg, prefer to increase reps.
We are all different, personally flat bench really hits my chest. Stretch good on down side touching the chest, closer to neck than a powerlifter, not locking elbows on the up side, from a certain point only triceps work.
Incline I cannot do with barbell because of shoulder, I only do dbs on incline. Find what works best for you.

Incline DB feels good for me too, flat I only like a couple sets of heavy flies to failure (it's one of the few I can). I'll see what the decline brings for me, I'll try BB, if it doesn't work for me I'll stick with DBs.
I believe that's what I do on arms day but I'll use DB, with arms parallel to torso.

Today I heard a skinny guy about adding a couple slices toast (2x40kc what you buy here) to breakfast in order to compensate for the calories burned with training. I've looked at him like I was about to say something, but refrained.

Happy Independence Day, or Treason Day (depending on which side of the pond you're on)!
Took a day off from diet and wo. Just eating normal foods, but man, it's got me feeling gross. So much more carb and fiber than I'm used to! Sticking to eggs for dinner.
I'll be well fueled for a big quad day tomorrow

Legs are quite sore, expecting some serious doms to set in today and disabled walking for several days.
Shoulders for the night, gonna implement negatives on all heads of delts. They are growing noticeably, guess the gear acting on the receptors, not taking any merit in it.
Was also thinking switching back day (Tuesday) for chest on Monday. Reason why are I want to add some deads on back day, I have legs on wed so the idea is to let at least one day between them. Another potential advantage is Monday is everyone's chest day so the gym gets crowded about the benches and DB rack, I always get pissed about not finding the right ones available. Tuesday is usually very calm, not many people hanging around. Win-win situation.

Here is a pic from last Saturday. Progress is not what I wanted, but I am happy with it since my life has been in full speed. If I could drop another percent bodyfat that would be great.

Hey all
After being off the past 3 days sick, then before that i was off for 6 days, got 2 sessions in between after getting back from Spain and becoming ill.
Going to attempt legs tonight despite my not being 100%, so going to go do what i can. either way i feel better today, maybe about 80%... but on the mend.
So lets see how this goes!
