    Thanks pb! And I should add, although I've been slacking on diet, I'm actually hitting it harder in the gym. That's easier to do when eating carbs...lol

    Several of the trainers at the gym told me I look bigger, guess all that eating has payed off! I'm really ready to start bulking, which I guess I have been last two weeks, just need to clean it up a little

    Lats and rears are nicely sore. Yesterday I did notice some loss of focus on form, the gym environment being of distraction, while I do enjoy being around there I also need to isolate myself more it seems (ok I'll admit it's cause of the cute ladies).

    In for legs tonight.

    Well went in a bit late and felt in an haste, not many ppl around at gym but apparently it was everyone's leg day.

    Had a nice session anyway, ass and quads are getting stronger. Wished I stayed lower in weight and higher in reps; for what's worth, hit a new PR at the leg press: 250kg x 6.

    Warm up {
    leg extensions
    hip extension (glute machine, good to warm up butt)
    horizontal leg press
    }

    Linear leg press, five or six sets pyramiding from 170 to 250

    Seated calves

    Hypers

    Felt like vomiting after the hyperextensions, which is good, then showered and went home.

    Think I'm having some nerve issues I'm my hip. Recently while backing a boat in the lake, while looking over my right shoulder fire shot through my hip area, I was so bad I had to get out of the truck and walk around. That was probably 6 weeks ago, and every since I've had off and on hip trouble. It's not bad enough to slow me down, or stop me from working out, just aggravating. Need to figure out some stretches I guess. Not sure if this has anything to do with the nerve ablation i had first of the year on my back

    Try foam rolling on your hip.

    Cool, today lats are even more sore, also haven't felt any minimal involvement with the elbow flexors so I guess I did a good job at isolating.

    DOMS in legs are setting in already. In for shoulders tonight, arms tomorrow.

    Legs day is the most intense yet the easiest cause I don't have the issue with grip.

    That ass machine we were debating the time other it's actually good to warm up glutes at, otherwise they only seem to "kick in" after quads are exhausted.

    Now I only need to try the abduction/adduction ones.

    I warm up legs in the abduction thingies.

    Using a new gym, much smaller, so as free weight pull down was busy started with barbell rows followed by db rows... Tren and aspirin made the rest.

    Swapped my workout yesterday. I am stressed trying to get this new camper ready for 10 days of dry camping (no power and water provided). My whole body hurts .... swapping the gym for a ladder and 42 feet of camper that needs washed and waxed. I worked non stop from 3:30 to 8:45 and still have one whole side to do tonight and put protection on the rubber roof.
    I will leave work early today so I can hit the gym and finish my work in time for a party I have to attend tonight.
    I did have some help, my son-in-law and my youngest grandson came over about 5:45. The little guy has to be like his big papa and daddy, no shirt, then my daughter made us flex of course. It was over 80 degrees outside I bet my weight was down this morning.

    What do you think the cramps and vomiting sensation I get towards end of session are from. My voice also gets very feeble. I was thinking low sodium, I don't have anything salty from breakfast until dinner.

    When buying a camper always start at 40% below retail. It retails for 112,569.00 paid 69,000.00. 3 AC units, 6 point auto level hydraulic jacks, 5500 watt Onan genset, 2 bathrooms, 3 queen beds, full size stainless residential refridge, Rockford Fosgate stereo system with subwoofer, all electronic controls etc.. I have an app on my phone I can turn lights on off, start/stop the generator, level it, put slides out, put awnings out, monitor fuel and waste tanks. The full body paint is an expensive option. It's 42' 3" Grand Design 395M Toyhauler.

    You have added some size, but you leaned out even better. Your skin is much thinner, it shows mostly in your lower back but pretty much all areas have added definition and muscle tie-ins visible. Great work!

    On the front pose would you try one..turn the right leg out a hair more. Put your right heel down and press through. I think it will hit your quad and teardrop more.
