Yes it helps within days thankfully. Bizzarro suspected a while back it was more a lack of testosterone issue tht caused the gyno in the first place which i would say is the case. I get it regardless of my estrogen level.
Im using abdolutely nothing else aside from being on nebido every 10 weeks. I might throw some tbol in for fun at the end of the comp

Yep, low testosterone can cause development of gyno, purely from the imbalance of hormones in your body.
As you get leaner it'll shy away though, for sure! Tbol sounds good, i actually haven't used it before, but i have a few friends who use it as their kick starts. Good choice for you due to the low/practically non existent estrogenic effects of the drug.

Ya PB is looking good, but last I checked this was most improved! I am right on track where I want to be, may increase tren a bit since I have it on hand. I will wait to upload a pic till next week, I don't want to show my cards to early! Ya know this is kinda like when I am camping and wearing nothing but a pair of shorts and flip flops ... youngsters will come up and say something dumb like "I bet can beat you in push ups or arm wrestling". Then I just say this is a lose lose for you " If I win just just got beat by a 57 year old (23 July) if you win wow you beat a 57 year old"! Hahaha I have yet to lose, but hey there is always a first time for everything!

Did HIIT at 5AM yesterday then had a great leg workout after work. Lets just say when using the restroom it's not a slow decent today ...LOL Legs are sore. Did my fasted HIIT again this morning, but am still stuck at work so I will have to take a day off from lifting and do back tomorrow. Diet has been pretty darn good and I have not had any whiskey since this started (2 vodka's with water). After this day at work I may need one tonight!!! Anyone that know computers I did an upgrade from redhat 6 to redhat 7 today on 12 servers and 13 workstations. This is was not easy while restoring all applications and configuration. Been at it for 9 hours and probably have a couple more to go.

As a parent I totally get it- his pride. I was so stoked when my son became stronger than me. And when he grew taller. I'm proud to parent a strong son

All right, figuring out something bout t3. I have reactive hypoglycemia, means my blood sugar drops when I eat, because I over produce insulin . It gets really bad, it's dropped to 42 before. It's mostly only controlled by staying away from carbs, especially refined carbs. I have noticed when on t3, I have no issues, no matter what I eat. My mom has hypothyroidism, probably good chance that's what I have

Beware, start with 50mg. 100mg which many promote can (probably will) feel horrible lol. Might be the biggest offender to the stomach. Also poisonous stuff.
For my part useless as it made the muscle contractions go hyper. Extreme pumps and cramps, hindered training. Drop sets became impossible I used to do them for side db raises, when the anadrol fully kicked in I had lost the ability to do any work halfway through and had to roll on a foam roller for a while to be able to lift my arm lol.

Bonjour.
Taken the last two days off, as my left shoulder was still a bit weak so thought id best take a couple of days off completely, am also not going to do a push session until at least sat/sun... so a decent break for my shoulder.
I am up another 1kg (2.2lbs) as of this morning, as i mentioned on another post i started loosing weight so i decided to start tracking my macros again to be safe, at the moment i am doing 460C 230P 80F.
Today my food will look like this...
Meal 1: 2 Bagels w/ Natural pb & whey protein
Meal 2: Oats, Banana, Whey protein
Meal 3: Rice, Tofu, Brocolli
Meal 4: Pre workout - Coco Pops w/ Soy milk (Yes, I am a child. Cereal is the love of my life)
meal 5: Soy burgers, cous cous & veg
Meal 6: Whey protein, Soy milk, Banana & natural PB
Training pull this evening, I'm thinking..
Lat Pull Down
Close Grip Pull Downs
Low Pulls
Single Arm Machine Rows
Dumbell Curls
Preacher Curls
Lower Back Extensions
Everything I do is slow, controlled, heavy always full range of motion with a big stretch. Reps vary from 8-10. Sets 3-4, depending on how taxing the exercises are. Intensity always HAF.
Starting to feel things come together, obviously the tren has been scrapped due to it killing appetite, last shot of ace was done Monday and last shot of E was done last week Wednesday. so waiting for the ace to clear, personally dont think i will feel the E even so another week - 10 days that'll be gone.
Feel hard, vascular and have that consistent pumped feeling... Onwards and upwards from here.

Struggling to get diet back on track, and leaving in the morning to go to the beach till Monday. May do a little carb loading this weekend...
May get on phentermine when I get back, it usually works about two months for me

Ragin: You know better than that with me. I have been doing double workouts since this started, HIIT in the AM and lifting in the PM. I am going to break my lifting routine this week and go back to light weight and high reps for a week. My goal is 9% BF so high reps won't hurt. I started this cycle on the 4th, so I want to give the tren another week before I go heavy again. Increased my tren to 100mg EOD, this is double what I have done in the past, so will see how I tolerate the sides. Maybe I should intimidate my co-competitors and be like some people .... "Ya just 4 injections in and I have dropped 20 pounds, 5% bodyfat, and my bench went from 315 for 10 to 415 for 12!!!!" Stand the hell by boys and girls I still have 11 weeks to go!
Back tonight and cardio, diet still progressing well. Have not had a drink since Saturday night ... this is a major accomplishment when you live in the drunkest city in the USA! Yep google drunkest city and we are number one!!! Proud drunk!

I am not one to stir anything up or pick on anyone but it looks to me like you boys better step up your game because PB is killing this comp so far.
