Debating whether or not to add cardio. I've come along way with out it, but I'm thinking it's gonna take it to get where I wanna be, 10-12% bf. I may could do it with a perfect diet and drugs, but I'm bout ready to take a break from drugs, except tren of course...

There are many other added benefits to cardio especially if your going HIIT not just fat burning, the metabolic boost from the latter makes you burn calories even afterwards.

    Wrong.
Perfect diet don't put 60lbs of mass on you in a year and 4 months.
Its fun to say but there is no comparison

Yep, I could easily get skinny with diet and cardio, but I don't want to look like one of them little twigs that rides bikes.
There's no way I could lose fat fast and keep muscle without drugs

That sucks man sorry to hear.
Not knocking a perfect diet btw.
Once a guy figures out what meals work for him best, with gear, he become a freak.

Nothing will do what my chicken and rice did but I simply cant stand bird all tge time.

    My diet:
    Meal 1 & 5: 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs
    Meal 2, 3, 4: 5 oz chicken breast 2/3 oz almonds
Optional: substitute lean beef (generally top round steak) for one chicken meal daily
    Optional: 1 c vegetables daily
    Weekly cheat meal

I don't get tired of it. I like not having to think about what to eat.

Crap food won't help maintain muscle, protein will. If that's not a good enough explanation why don't the absolute elite bodybuilders eat crap food for dieting? Some don't even in the off season. But what you mean is what we all have gone through and it's the blood sugar swings that make it impossible to keep a clean diet. If there's anything I'd hope you just try is eating something high in fiber before meals, one dietary change at a time. Make your brain rewire and relearn, changing tastes and preferences takes time. I guarantee you your mood and well being will improve, not just your bodyfat level.

I think you misunderstood me. I don't eat crap food all the time, just occasionally, therefore not a perfect diet. I didn't lose 75 pounds in 8 months by eating nothing but crap food!

The usual. Creatine mono, whey (got to be lactose free), fish oil, D3, C, B complex, I also take Iron bysglicinate and parental B12 to keep my CBC up.

Knackered from a rowing session, need some foam rolling...

Does anyone use wrist wraps? Grip is failing early especially in BB bent over rows.

Resting heart rate is one of them. I say go light cardio at first.

Well how is everyone spending there Saturday? I listened to my body! I didn't drink on a Friday night (2 glasses of water), went to bed at 10 and rolled out at 9:30. Made my protein pancakes and 3 eggs for breakfast. Played on the www for an hour, injected 1 ml (100mg tren ) in my left delt, then went to the gym to do shoulders. Had the whole weight room to myself! Taking Sunday off to spend the day with my 3 grandsons and smoke two 13 pound turkeys.
PBDC: I take NAC, red yeast rice, Krill oil, Vit C, D, B12, potassium and 5mg cialis twice a day. I have also been doing HGH frag for awhile and just started T3.
My pics suck because the camera in the S5 sucks, also I am not photogenic!
I know I am not very focused, HIIT almost every morning at 5AM, lift after work everyday, and tracking every macro, but feel I am doing ok. I think I should get extra points for age. How many time have I heard "It gets hard with age" OBS just said it a few posts ago. Still struggling to eat enough food daily. As you can see last night I had to eat an apple and some cottage cheese just to come close.

You do realize that you do not need to do that for this competition. That is when you get onstage in a tanga. LOL

Back doing much better, the only thing that really bothers it now is sitting. Did a full leg workout Wednesday, including squats and presses. Didn't go heavy, felt ok. Will add hack squats and lunges next week

The only exercises you need wrist wraps is deadlifts and heavy shrugs. Develop your forearms.

I'm of a different philosophy, straps for rows and pullups/pulldowns, chalk for deadlifts

I'm not saying I should neglect forearms or indulge with wrist wraps, my issue is when forearms are big time sore already and I cannot finish what I'm doing (ie. shrugs, rows).
