I'm an old lady- menopausal mom- on 25mg Anavar and eca. I have no real chance.
I may talk smack, "I'm in it to win it," but the truth is, I'm not. I'm in it for the community. To be a part of something. I live a very challenging life: raising a disabled son, a not ideal marriage, chronic pain, opiate addiction (I'm clean rn), and life-long depression
Training and my art keep me alive
I'm in this competition and on this forum for camaraderie. I lead an isolated, lonely existence. I need this.
I should add, I'm experienced in men's sports. I played on men's recreational.hockey leagues and coed tournament teams for 20 years. I'm familiar with men and their locker rooms. I have a tough outer shell. (Also I have a sadistic, abusive older brother - kinda explains the life-long depression)
Anyway, this rant is to let you guys know 1) I'm not a threat, 2) I come in peace, 3) I have a tough outer shell and can take a bit of shit, but 4) I'm sensitive af and will leave if I need to protect myself

Damn girl! It sounds like you have been through a lot. You sound like one tough person from what I just read.
It sounds like to me you have a better chance at wining than most, never underestimate yourself.

Just so you know I don't think they are going to buy the "old lady" thing. They didn't believe that I was on old twiggy guy.

Huge respect to you Pb, despite everything you’ve been through and everything you are still going through you are still finding the time to train.

And you look amazing for it..

We all are here for the community DC, winner or loser doesn't matter as long the real objective is fulfilled - improve ourselves.

It seems I've finally found someone tougher than me btw...

Had a disappointing shoulders workout today, also planned traps but had no fuel left.

I don't have the proper conditioning to do both HIIT and training the same day.

Weight is still despite eating 500kc more than usual...

Either separate the two into different workouts, lower the intensity of HIIT, or just do LISS. From my perspective, you need to train and use/adjust the cardio for the fat gain. I would not be using HIIT right now because I do not think that you need it. You know better than anyone else though.

I have a lot of respect for you!

Regarding 25mg anavar, that is one factor out of many. What if someone has all the gear but has no discipline, can't endure pain, is disorganized...

You do know that hollowedzeus won a competition naturally, against guys who used?

I'm not judging in this one so my partiality is of no concern... Rooting for you DC!

P.S. You should be a threat

I am up another 1kg (2.2lbs) as of this morning, as i mentioned on another post i started loosing weight so i decided to start tracking my macros again to be safe, at the moment i am doing 460C 230P 80F.

Today my food will look like this...
Meal 1: 2 Bagels w/ Natural pb & whey protein
Meal 2: Oats, Banana, Whey protein
    Meal 3: Rice, Tofu, Brocolli
Meal 4: Pre workout - Coco Pops w/ Soy milk (Yes, I am a child. Cereal is the love of my life)
meal 5: Soy burgers, cous cous & veg
Meal 6: Whey protein, Soy milk, Banana & natural PB

Training pull this evening, I'm thinking..

    Lat Pull Down
    Close Grip Pull Downs
    Low Pulls
    Single Arm Machine Rows
    Dumbell Curls
    Preacher Curls
    Lower Back Extensions

Everything I do is slow, controlled, heavy always full range of motion with a big stretch. Reps vary from 8-10. Sets 3-4, depending on how taxing the exercises are. Intensity always HAF.

Starting to feel things come together, obviously the tren has been scrapped due to it killing appetite, last shot of ace was done Monday and last shot of E was done last week Wednesday. so waiting for the ace to clear, personally dont think i will feel the E even so another week - 10 days that'll be gone.

Feel hard, vascular and have that consistent pumped feeling... Onwards and upwards from here.
I find that I can go slow or I can go fast (explosive) but If I explode up and slow back down, my CNS takes a real beating. Often, I can't even sleep that night.

The old men did more chatting than you guys! We may have been talking about our new injuries, but we did more chatting. LOL
Sorry DC- I am going to use the term guys as a neutral gender word. I hope there is no offense.

Too much volume imo, you aren't going heavy enough to overload if you end up doing 3-4 sets of each exercises.

Oh they already are, HIIT in the early morning (fasted) and training later in the day.

No way I could do both the same session, when I'm finished HIIT I collapse half dead on the ground, when I'm done training I'm sitting here in shock thinking "what I've I done".

It's not the fat burning my goal with cardio is CV fitness, it also stimulates some GH release.

The skin might never be great, but when I lose more belly fat it'll definitely have a better shape

Edit: there were periods in my life when I was a healthy weight, and even had visible abs, but I've always struggled with overweight and carried extra fat in my abdomen

    Morning all

So i hit back last night as planned, although exercises altered slightly.

    Low Pulls
    Lat Pull Down (fixed machine)
    Single arm machine rows
    Single arm dbell rows
    Dbell curls
    preacher curls
    LB extensions.

I wasn't satisfied with the session at all, i trained hard but after the first exercise my forearms felt like they where going to explode, so the lat pull downs felt ineffective because i couldn't grip the handles properly, moving forward from this exercise i started to get a shooting pain in the back of my forearm, am not sure if this was to do with all the blood in there, but i can still feel it today when i stretch it, its a familiar pain though and i know it will clear in a few days, used to get it a lot when i did barbell curls.

Anyway, can feel my back and biceps today so definitely did some damage, just a bit annoyed about my forearm. Going to hit legs tonight then take tomorrow off and give push a go Sunday.

Shot 300 deca , 300 test and 200 mast this morning, 20mg dbol when i woke and another 20mg pre workout tonight.

Wouldn't go as far as calling it a train wreck, it isn't bad at all...

This will tighten up in no time, I believe there are certain oils/cremes you can buy to help tighten the skin as well, I am not familiar with them myself but might be worth looking into as well.

Think its forearm splints.... will avoid exercises that put my forearms in a fixed position moving forward...

I have the same issue. I just hide it when I am posing. I have consulted many BBer's, experts, etc and I think that I have come up with how to deal with it because no one has a complete answer. There also is no perfect answer or way to completely do away with it outside of cosmetic surgery.
Exercises- i found that hanging leg raises works best. Continuosly do abs.... And diet of course.
There is a treatment called radio frequency that will tighten up the skin somewhat, this is the best you can do without surgery. It does a pretty good job but it doesn't completely eliminate it and it is temporary. I have noted that the skin will remain a little tighter afterwards as long as you care about your diet. It lasts about 3 months.
Creams- good ol preparation H works ( Im serious) somewhat, as welll as mamison unguento. Mamison I buy in Mexico. It seems to work a little better but it has an aroma that goes with it. I didnt mind but others may. There is also abs of steel. Its pretty expensive compared to the two previous ones, but it has a good aroma. I also use one of those rubberish ab belts. I do not know how well it works, but I use it.
I also take collagen tablets... Once again, I am not sure how effective it is. Collagen is the principle behind the radio frequency.
Once you have minimum fat, the key to hiding the loose skin is by stretching the ab section by moving your shoulders back. If you review my most muscular pose, you will see that I do not do the conventional because you are contracting the ab area which results in loose skinn being seen. This is just the tip of the iceburg and I can go into more detail as needed.
Every year before a competition, I need to adjust my poses depending on the looseness of my skin. As I carb deplete and dehydrate, this also changes.

I have the same issue as well, I've lost around 75lbs since last June. In my start pics I look fatter than I am, I have lose skin on my stomach. I'm around 18% bf, but I doesn't look like in my mid section. When I get to where I wanna be, I may get a tummy tuck if I still have lose skin

I've lost lot of weight in my time too (been over 35% bf) but surprisingly got no visible loose skin anywhere.

That's great to hear tips on how to deal with loose skin. And I thought I was the only one dealing with that issue! Lol
My sis (with 6 kids!) Had a tummy tuck and looks great. I'd go that route too but for the 6 weeks of down time!
Charger, I'll definitely try your suggestions.
    Thanks, guys!

The skin might never be great, but when I lose more belly fat it'll definitely have a better shape

Edit: there were periods in my life when I was a healthy weight, and even had visible abs, but I've always struggled with overweight and carried extra fat in my abdomen
    best help is.
    1) avoid hot baths and showers , got chlorinated water ruins elasticity.
    2) I like hemp and coconut oil lotions mixed with palmers
    3) sunlight, as fun as it is, bad on loose skin.

    college supps, etc. biotin.

I was grossly overweight (lost what I weigh now just about)

loose skin seems to fill up qwik with slight carb indiscretions.

    Attachment 172772

Wal-Mart has this for under $5 and its a pint (some stores have bonus 24 oz size for $5 too)

then i like to mix some palmers evenly with it and few drops of coconut oil

    here's an idea cousin.

have a progress posting first page and contestants can post thier progress photos there instead of sporadically through out thread. (these contests threads get into the 100's )

that way we judges can keep better tabs on contestants, makes sure no one's using PED's and eating right, etc.

    you're hardly fat at 214.

    slightly husky, not fat.

when you're packing in muscle slightly elevated BF% looks like more because of the muscle.
.but put same BF% on a skinny guy, he looks just regular
