I will get some updated pics this weekend I tried but can't get the camera to focus when using the timer function? Got one not to blurry pic. I almost had to skip my workout after work because my oldest daughter needed my help. But, helped her and then made the gym. Killer arm workout couldn't wash my hair when I was done! I have been just kinda silently chugging along here. As of right now I can take my pants off without unzipping or buttoning, so I have dropped some pretty good fat. A lot of people have been noticing and commenting at work, gym, neighbor, friends.

Tomorrow makes 7 weeks in on my cycle. I'm up 4 pounds, and it seems to be mostly lean. I take pics on Fridays. I'll post. Hopefully there's some visible improvement

Can’t fucking wait.... although I slept for 4 hours, so working from home today and going to try and get an hour or two nap before I train this evening.
