Did a great core/Ab workout last night and cardio. Didn't get to workout today, somethings are just more important. I ended up working of ripping our old plaster and then drywalling a bathroom for my daughter. She has an old home in need of some TLC. Anything for my daughters! Will do legs tomorrow.

Had an awesome leg workout yesterday then 35 minutes cardio. Did my 45 minutes HIIT routine this morning. Darn wife keeps throwing wrenches in my progress. She wanted to go out to eat Thursday night, Friday night was fish fry with 3 other couples, Saturday night was cookout with family and friends, Sunday was a graduation party/cookout, and tonight is going out to do what we call sign in. Cookouts aren't bad I can eat whatever meat was cooked.

VERY good. I wouldn't shorten the intervals. Unless you want to get rx for 10 weeks only to accumulate nebido vials lol

Its looks good to me since 17nmol shoulf be the lowest it will ever be again theoretically. I was scripted 10 week intervals off the bat btw.... i wasnt going to argue and suggest 12 weeks heh.
Looks like white blood cells indicate an infection im told so we will see how that pans out
