    Did a great core/Ab workout last night and cardio. Didn't get to workout today, somethings are just more important. I ended up working of ripping our old plaster and then drywalling a bathroom for my daughter. She has an old home in need of some TLC. Anything for my daughters! Will do legs tomorrow.

    Got a chest and tri in today, and 15 mins hiit cardio. First decent cardio in a while. Gonna stick with cut, even though I wanna bulk. Been real frustrated trying to stick with diet, but I'm finally getting there. Gonna push really hard these next 2 months

    Had an awesome leg workout yesterday then 35 minutes cardio. Did my 45 minutes HIIT routine this morning. Darn wife keeps throwing wrenches in my progress. She wanted to go out to eat Thursday night, Friday night was fish fry with 3 other couples, Saturday night was cookout with family and friends, Sunday was a graduation party/cookout, and tonight is going out to do what we call sign in. Cookouts aren't bad I can eat whatever meat was cooked.

    VERY good. I wouldn't shorten the intervals. Unless you want to get rx for 10 weeks only to accumulate nebido vials lol

    Its looks good to me since 17nmol shoulf be the lowest it will ever be again theoretically. I was scripted 10 week intervals off the bat btw.... i wasnt going to argue and suggest 12 weeks heh.

    Looks like white blood cells indicate an infection im told so we will see how that pans out

    You'll need to donate blood esp when you'll cycle. Hematocrit close to 50 already. Would be cool if you measures how much tbol by itself increased hematocrit. Your doc doesn't check lipids right? Here they don't check estrogen for trt lol

    Not on tbol btw.

    Have lipids from a year ago they were okay... not sure if they will be checked though.

    My estrogen is high on the range but its likely lower bc its a woman's estrogen test.

    Felt a dip in that 10 weeks but looks like was in my head lol

    Do your lipids man especially if your going to use gear along side, i get everything checked at least once per year, including a heart check as well.
