My HIIT is normally a 5 minute warm up, then 10 minutes of 15 seconds as hard as I can push/45 seconds coast, then 20 minutes low intensity, then 5 minutes 30 as hard as I can push/30 seconds coast, then 5 minute cool down, total 45 minutes. My legs are hard because of past injuries. I have legs tonight will try to get a pic.
I am 19 days into tren ace 90mg EOD/test cyp 100mg E3.5D cycle. Tren is starting to kick in ... the wife was ready to snuggle me last night, but she rolled over into a pool of sweat and went oooooo what the hell! LOLLast edited by bethdoth; 05-23-2018 at 01:23 PM.

Nope no mast. I did consider it, but isn't mast more for cutting? Doesn't tren cut pretty good without mast? I'm still a novice when it comes to cycles. I did do a test only cycle for my first one ... kinda. I went to what my doctor prescribes 200mg a week for 8 weeks and then tested my levels. My total test was right at the upper range 1100. Then I just started slow with tren, 50mg EOD and have kept it like that since I began. I normally get pretty good results at 50 so I figured why go more. My goal is not to be a body builder, but be bigger and leaner than 90% of the population! LOL In Wisconsin with all the beer and brats that's pretty easy!
Ok so did a pretty good leg workout after work. 5 sets of squats (rack not smith machine) went up to 275 then super set at 135. The Doc that replaced my left hip doesn't want me doing more than 250, but I always break that rule. Then did 4 sets of leg presses at 450 (five 45# plates per side). Then did 4 sets of leg extensions at 195 with a superset at the end at 145. Next was my weak ass hamstrings, did leg curls 5 sets at 165. Next was 5 sets of calf raises on a press machine at 310 pounds, varying toes pointed in, out and straight. This machine is the one you sit in the seat and push away from the platform, not the one that you lay down in the seat and push the platform away from you. I know legs could be better and I am not going to make any excuses ... no excuses other than me not training them hard enough.Last edited by bethdoth; 08-11-2018 at 10:00 AM.

Thanks PBDC! I'm trying to make improvements. Ya know I have been using the age card and you are almost right there with me ... but your never supposed to ask a lady her age! So you look awesome for 39! Also I don't normally post underwear pics, but I guess it's allowed and accept in this thread. Maybe I need a speedo like all the Brits I see on vacation in Jamaica! LOL
Ok seriously though I am a bit disappointed that I have not lost more fat. My diet has been spot on for over a week now and not to bad before that, and training hard. I wonder if I should have ate at my TDEE for awhile to reset my metabolism, because I was probably under eating before I started counting everything. I will stick to my plan for another week then do an inbody scan to see where I am at. If I don't see some bodyfat lose on the scan I will have to change something and will rely on the seasoned members of this site to help me out.
I will be checking out tomorrow afternoon to go camping with family and friends. Fishing with the grandsons, boating, partying a bit, and overkill Bill Saturday night https://www.youtube.com/user/DJOverkillBill His trailer is huge and full of speakers and amps.

Incline Bicep Curls 2 working sets 1 drop set
Hamstring Curls 3 working sets 1 drop set

I also run levitra before workout on occassion. Ita far more effective for a pump but less effective for ed i found

Dont think my girlfriend is best pleased when she knows i need a drug to have sex. The, 'its not you, its me' thing only works for so long before theres floods of tear unfortunatly.
Shes a young 21 yr old girl lol. She shouldnt need to deal with this shit, getting all done up and putting something 'nice' on for me only for me to tell her not tonight.... or any other night

Wait until your mid 40’s and low T. Unfortunately, I had not cycled and did not know what was happening. Wife was sure that I was getting something on the side. I just had no desire and thought this was what it was like getting old.

Lol thats me but at 16, 17, 18 years old mate.
Im on testosterone for the rest of my life because i drew 2 blood tests months apart less than 300ng/dl and very low free t.
I hope never to be deficient in t ever again. I hope i break some ranges when i am tested for testosterone in fact

I run the Cialis 10mg EOD just started this a few months ago and it was a huge difference on workouts, BP, etc.
I have a new endo and when I went in for prescriptions the Cialis is actually covered under my insurance.
