I have been for many months on excess T3, I gained 25lbs of fat during that period. I kind of function au contraire.
If you really want to use consider a dosage lower than men do. Beware though it might up your SHBG and lower free T.

Have been pulling some poorsh-t workouts lately, something was off but the issue has been straightened.
Had a nice shoulder session today, arms disabled for a couple of hrs afterwards. I love to sset side raises into upright rows, really squeezes my caps out.

Had a cheat last night which put me up to 3500 ish calories for the day post push sesh.
I had a dominoes margarita with the lower fat cheese, first pizza I’ve had since going from vegan to vegetarian.
It was average, probably won’t eat take away pizza again always makes me feel nasty inside. Would have preferred a high carb clean meal to be honest..
Back on it today.
