Holy fu.....^^
I always say I've been with 4, I always say that I only have sex with gf's that I trust and with condom and I NEVER tell the truth about my past regarding sex.
In their eyes I'm mamas little angel, in real I'm a fcking whore haha
Just because I've been in Thailand I'm already labeled, so I gotta be careful.
Gotta remember, every chick is "special" and always avoid putting more ammo in their head than they already have.

Fact! Lol!
When we were younger, my wife did a girls weekend. While she was gone I hot rodded our Toyota. Offy intake, Weber n header. As she remembers it, I spent our rent money doing it and she ground my ass for years to anyone who would listen! Lol!
As years pass, the story gets more & more harrowing!!!

Damn- I would never dare to do anything like that to mine. She is 4’6” and about 100 lbs, but I’m scared shitless of her! She is like the hottest chili pepper you ever tasted. You either love the burning sensation or you hate it. LOL

My wife is fun size too... and more tenacious than a honey badger. If you feel a burning sensation it’s probably a bite wound.
Beware the cute little ones, they fight just to get ricotta cheese off the top self at the grocery store-- and won’t think twice about stepping on a pile of dead bodies in order to reach it.

1. I have OCD. I'm functional... but I require a clean environment, or I'm fucked. I spend a lot of time cleaning.
2. I'm a grammar and punctuation nazi... which is why I no longer read the newspaper. I can't deal with typos. They make me want to scratch my eyeballs out. It may be part-OCD, and partly due to the importance I place on the value of words and communication in general.
3. My first love is music. My second love is culinary art. Fitness is something I got into when I was young, as a way to mitigate lifelong illness. It quickly took over everything else. But... yea: classically trained musician (piano; vocalist).
4. I danced competitively before I started bodybuilding. I was pretty good. But, I had to make a choice (re: time management) about which hobby to dedicate myself to. Bodybuilding won.
5. I competed in bodybuilding for 7 straight years. And then I retired without regrets. It's been 12 years since I last stepped on stage... but the old heads in my community somehow still remember me. lol. The young heads however, I have to prove myself to all the time...especially as a prep coach.
6. I no longer care much about muscle mass or body composition. I maintain both so I can keep up with my daughter and my clients. But, honestly, I just care about longevity... and keeping my intellect for as long as I'm alive. I spend most days working barefoot (re: grounding), doing weird yoga shit, and talking to my crystals... and mumbling shit about the universe and energy.
7. I tore my bicep a few months ago, sparring. The repair isn't done in my island... so my arm looks like shit... and it's basically useless. lol
8. I live in Barbados. That's where Rihanna is from. I've never met her... but my sisters and mum have. My sisters have sang for her, her manager, and hung out with her and her family. Her younger cousin was in an all-girl singing group with my little sister... but yea, I've still managed to NEVER meet Rihanna.
9. In my community, I'm basically a godfather. I don't know how or when this happened. But my home is always full of people. Eating. Drinking. Laughing. Hanging out. lifting. Some days, I literally just clean up and head to bed... and tell them to let themselves out when they're leaving.
10. I run a charity here. We feed less fortunate families... especially around the holidays. We pool our resources and give them groceries for 1-2 weeks... and we try to get artisans to donate their time to help with house repairs etc. It's heartbreaking work. But it gives me joy.

I've honestly never expected to live long... so I've always, always, always lived my life to the absolute fullest.
Grew up dirt poor. Remember what hunger feels like.
Watched my mother work her ass off, starve herself so we could eat... and she still managed to find ways to help others who were worse off.
So, all I do is a continuation of the things she instilled in me.
Respect man.
Tearing the bicep devastated me. That's the truth.
But... I have life, so I do the best with what I have.
Happy New Year.
I laugh all the time, and make jokes at my personal expense. I know I'm a hippie, and it's fine.

I honestly couldn't say.
Most of the injuries I've sustained over the years were murphy's law.
i.e. it happened because it could happen.
Anyone who's watched me lift would say that I am a stickler for perfect form. My injuries have never been the result of bad form.
Shit. Just. Happened.
I remember my ortho told me that around the time of my first injury.
shit just gave out.

Yea man.
I started working at 13. There are no child labour laws in my country.
I had my first vacation 3 summers ago.
First. Period. Never stopped working since I started.
Starting competing in bodybuilding at 17. Did that at all levels for 7 straight years. Life has always been lived to its absolute limits.

I take that back.
My tips would be:
1. always stay hydrated.
2. do boring shit. No sparring. No single, double, or triples rep-range lifting. No crazy cool-looking calisthenics shit. No arm-wrestling.
3. Do NOT overtrain. Train back and biceps on the same day, and deadlifts on back day as opposed to leg day... and provide appropriate rest in between. This will prevent overlaps... and aide in recovery.
4. Rest. Eat!
5. re: 2 - don't do stupid shit.

July 17 - partial distal bicep tear
Sept 17 - partial left hamstring tendon tear
Nov 17 - 50% tear right hamstring (bicep femoris) muscle
Nov 18 - Partial infraspinatus tendon (shoulder) tear
Been a great time!
First ham tear below (tendon). Blood just starting to pool below knee. Ended up bloody from mid ham to calf.
Below is the muscle tear. Ham seems to hang a little higher now when relaxed (in pic) but when flexed it looks normal.
I'll throw in Squamous cell carcinoma on my ear last July for good measure. Cool pic:

I did learn a lot from the injuries though. Freakish as they were.
Bicep - lifting a heavy safe (300 lbs ish)
Ham #1 - yanking heavy gym mats into the back of my truck. Stretch - yank - tear
Ham #2 - using new ham machine (Icarian single leg) which starts you in a more stretched position. But it was my second exercise so wtf....
Shoulder - No clue. Came on slowly. About a quarter inch tear.
I've taken about the past 6 weeks off to heal up the shoulder and also to get a series of 3 gel shots in my knee. They are definitly helping and saw the doc yesterday for my last shot. Said I'm fine to start working out again just don't do any leg extensions again (ever) and basically just avoid anything that hurts the shoulder. Shoulder feels good right now but I haven't stressed it yet. Today will basically be my first workout (back).
One thing I did do throughout this time off is light cardio (15-20 minutes on stationary bike) followed by ham stretching. My hams have always been excessively tight and I've always given up on stretching protocols in the past. This time I stayed with it and there's a big difference in how they feel now. I used to feel the tightness just walking if I took a bigger stride and I was cautious bending over. Now they're noticeably looser and it feels so much better. Going to try to stick to this stretching stuff.
