Thanks all you guys
She should be home in a few days or so.
Very low blood sugars due to her pancreas working overtime dealing with mom's high blood sugar in the womb.
Then these little issues due to complications of being born to a type 1
Large for gestational age
Congenital assymetric septal hypertrophy
Left ventricle outflow tract obstruction.
Hyper insulinemic hypoglycemia.
Basically the high blood sugars caused her septum to become enlarged, which is obstructing flow to valve as well as chamber (left ventricle) being encroachmed and limited volume of blood in that chamber.
So they been running glucose iv on her to match her pancreas out out of slin.
It's stable now, she's on 1ml per hour of 10% glucose. She started at 8ml per hour of 25%
Tomorrow she'll be off of it.
Then the beta blockers to let blood flow into chamber better.
They can't give the beta blockers while hypoglycemic, as they lower blood sugar as a side effect.
It sounds like a lot, but it's not as bad as it sounds
Prayers help of course.
