Shoulder is fuckey.

Gaffs came out at 50 feet and I slid a bit. Caught myself Quick and hard.

Since I woke up the next day it has been loose, popping and sore.
Been lifting around it.

Someting is wrong with my front delt.
One edge of it is activated and feels like a rope under my skin. Its stiff and is pulling constantly.
Believe I pinced a nerve in my neck that controls it and it wont let it loose.

I dont think anything is torn but rather out of alignment.


I always do pulldowns wide gripped.
Ran light weight today and spade/close grip.
It was apparent that I should have been doing this a long time ago. It lit me up very nice due to my shoulder position.

I must admit I did this because I watch a skinny giy doing it with good form the other day and thought "Now why the hell havent I been doing that?"

New ideas are eveywhere.

Hands together, palms facing, arms straight over head, pull down and lean back as I bring it to pecks.
Nice and slow, burnt hot.
