Still screwed up but not as bad as it was. Guy was smart. I took my shirt off and had him feel the rope in my delt vs the other. He didnt hesitate and said c-5.

Careful with that neck, I'm still having issues. The knot behind my shoulder blade is pretty much gone, but im still getting tingling down my arm, into my fingers. I found laying on a medicine ball, between my shoulder blades, putting my full body weight on it and rolling back and forth helps. After about ten seconds or so stuff starts popping. I need to get a MRI but I'm broke at the moment, and its slowly getting better

Do not use it. It works well, but once you sweat with it your going to need rubbed down in 2% milk. I'm not joking either

Had some for a while, never used it. The misses used it last week. It worked great. Then she went to bed as usual woke up screaming. It went into pores when she started sweating. Tried shower but too late.

Had to Google it said use vinegar or milk to neutralize it.

I sat for 30 minutes rubbing milk into her back. Milk worked instantly
