In my truck driving days I mixed in a gallon of gasoline per 150 gallon.
The diesel911 in the red bottles work great though. Never used kerosene. I also block the radiators with cardboard in The front

It takes so much damn energy to get out and cut shit in the ice at -2°...

I sit and procrastinate until last second, down some ephedrine and redbull then sit in the suv or truck with music cranked up. Finally the adrenaline hits, I get the arthritis swelling worked out of my hands. The circulation picks up finally and I am no longer on the verge of frosbite and I can't stand to stop.

That ride on the way home I am ready to get some serious shit done blasting seether etc.

Nearer to insertions. Basically toward the edge of the start of tedon taper. Not ever in the taper but near the edge.

The middle grows on its own and easily. This seems to stretch the fascia near the edges and grows fuller.
In combo with reverse grip straight barbell curls seems to lengthen it rather that make the growth only happen in the middle
