I have the task of tying to help charger put 2+ inches onto his legs this off season .. believe me , this stuff is in the back of my mind in consideration of every protocol . the ONLY reason for the 15 minutes of cardio right now is to help his cardio capacity keep up with his weight gain. nothing more.
I really don't want his limiting factor on leg day to end up being his cardio gives out before his legs do.
I disagree with Scott (though I'm a follower and huge fan of his) ,, but I don't know the context. cardio can actually help muscle growth if its directed with a purpose. again , it would suck to reach failure just because your a weak ass pussy cardiovascularly before your muscle has a chance to fail and stimulate all fibers.
charger has put on like 25+ pounds in 6 weeks . if he does not keep up cardio capacity to keep up with that weight gain, he is going to crash and burn and his weight training program will not progress very well let alone progressively over load over time

Going on week 3. I am looking like a bodybuilder, but I have a belly on me. I will call it HGH belly. LOL
I did lose a little weight the past few days that I attribute to the officiating. It has been extremely hot here and playing on artificial turf makes it hotter.
I’m at 228.7. This is the heaviest I have been since I dropped down to 165 six years ago.
Photo below was at 165 and all natural 5 years ago.
I am feeling stronger and the weights are increasing. I am feeling the workout in my glutes. The glute tie in to the hams is also looking better. Leg routine, I feel is doing its job.

I am struggling with my “belly”. I am not used to have one and I do now. The rest of me looks thick and not fat.
I have lowered my deca down to 500, I was at 1000 for two weeks.
For FG:
Weeks 1-7
Test 800
EQ 600
Dbol 30 daily.
Deca500- 1000 the first two weeks
No AI
HGh- 40 iu daily
Slin 30-40 iu daily
MK677- 25 mg at night
If anyone wants to gain weight..... MK677 kicks butt.
I also noticed that my fingernails and toe nails are growing like crazy.

Is there a difference in localized injection with a short esther as opposed to a long one?
It felt different and I realized that previous spot injections were short esthers.
My vastilus medialus is tired and sore. It hurts to walk. I walk like Sanford from Sanford and sun. Cardio is going to be fun tonight. My glutes are also hurting.

yeah, I don’t want my shit to do Valentino things. BUT, I’m also not smashing 50cc vials of EQ into my arms either.
I love listening to that dude talk though. He’s a nut ball. He was telling one of his stories about the old days on Polumbo’s show about this gym he use to go to with all these old heads that would get into fights and like hit each other of the head with dumbbells and shit. His delivery is fantastic. I was driving at the time and I almost wrecked I was laughing so hard.

I went to Vegas and had a great time. I took wifey and it was long overdue to spend sometime with her. When I have set a goal, I’m a selfish mother fucker and my training comes first and she comes second . I know it sounds terrible, but I am one determined person. I am not proud of this, but it is who I am.
I did miss one workout but I got in a great deal of cardio. I got a pic with Lee Haney. I waited in line to get a pic with Flex Lewis, but when I was second in line, he left for the day.
I had a lot of people ask me If I was there for Mr Olympia. When I said yes, the next question was if I was competing. LOL
I had a lot of people compliment me on my looks. I really needed that because I felt that I was way overweight. I know I need to gain a lot of weight to reach my goals.
I lost 5 lbs while in Vegas. I didn’t really eat bad at all. Cost a shitload of money though.
Last week I observed an increase in strength. I have also noticed a decrease in flexibility. I consider this a pretty significant decrease. I also noted yesterday that my right leg is inflamed down to the ankle. I am pretty sure it is from pinning.i did legs today and there was minimal effect.
This week is going to be a difficult week for working out. Tuesday 7-8:30 I have wrestling officials meeting, wed 7-8:30 I have football officials meeting, Thursday I have a game to officiate, Friday another game, and Sat three games.
My workouts are going good. I try going up 1 rep or weight every time I work the muscle. Last week improved more than 1 rep.
My legs are taking a beating but that’s what I’m after. I feel the workout the day after and the following day I do legs again (quads one day and hams the other).

Weight is on the rise again. Hams are feeling good after today’s workout. The problem with working legs is that I think my butt is growing. My pants are fitting differently and I think it’s my butt.
I do have issues with cramping right after working calves. The other day it was pretty intense.
I am looking full but now my clothes are becoming tight. I also want to see my right leg go down in swelling.

Things are going good. Every football game I officiate, I lose 2-3 lbs. after the past 2 days, I’m down 5 lbs to 227. I have three games this afternoon but it is the youth league. Still a ton of running... and in the warm sun on an Astro turf which heats things up about 10 degrees. It will be 86 at the start of the gane.
I worked legs before yesterday’s game trying to balance my 2 desires of officiating and competing.

Sorry. Yesterday’s didn’t post until just now.
I did three games last night and I am down to 223.
I have the bicep local injections done, the HGH, and the slin. Going to work bi’s and tri’s.
I am thinking about doing classic physique. This will all depend on my weight. 212 is the limit and I was hoping to get to 219 stage weight. That is a huge jump from 204 of this year. We’ll see.
I am planning on going for a pro card in December of 2020. Just remember, I’m in the old man’s club.
Time to go move some iron.
