Sorry guys- it was that time of the month! LOL
I have my head screwed on now. Numbness in my fingers caused me to drop my slin and break it.
Can I sue my coach??? LOL
I am making progress with my legs but it is difficult to judge with the water retention.
I know most of you have bigger legs, but as long as they keep improving, I really can’t ask for much more.

I am dealing with the wrist pain and numb fingers.
I think I’m burning the candle at both ends. Luckily, I am able to get energy at the gym. The problem is afterwards. I used up all my energy so afterwards I move at slow speed.
I changed the last two days to do rounds.
I am also in slow speed in the morning which is cutting into my workout time.
This is the last week of football. 6 games in 3 days. If it wasn’t the last week, I probably would have rejected some of the games.
I at least get an extra hour this weekend.
Phase 3 will start soon.

Adaptive cycles (changing the amounts, compounds, or length), a lot of people believe, yield the best result. This is because stress is the greatest inhibitor of gainZ. If you're running a hefty cycle and stressing your body, your gainZ will be greatly diminished.

I will survive however this is a fucked up feeling to have your hands numb (and arms).
I was ready to pull the plug and abort phase 2 early but I decided to stick with it.
That’s why I changed my routine for 2 days. I needed some change
I would say that my physical limitations (wrist, water retention, numbness) are effecting my gains more than the stress. I know right now that I cannot push my chest like I should due to the wrists. Hopefully, phase 3 will bring everything together and I lose the water and numbness.
I still feel that my butt has grown significantly. Pulling pants over my butt is a challenge.
Maybe I will have the Rich Gaspari striations when I lose the water. LOL
I’ll have to send Obs a butt pic for his feedback. LOL

I have. It been posting much because I am beat.
I am pretty sure that my estrogen is through the roof.
I have not felt like I have been having gains, my additional activities are like being forced on myself, and I am constantly fatigued.
I am going to finish phase 2 by halving the test to 750 mg and taking 10 Nolva.
Oh- we can’t forget the water retention. I swear that I feel the swishing of the water in my lower legs when I undress. LOL.
I also screwed up my foot officiating the other day. I spend a lot of time warming up for a game especially with the extra weight.
The other day- on the fucking first play- I planted with my foot and heard a crack and pain. The first thing I thought - I did not plant hard or anything so it can’t be broken. I was limping the whole game.
I did not do legs yesterday because I knew that the pain would prevail.
I have 3 games to officiate today and they are championship. They are pop warner so I won’t need to be speedy Gonzalez, but there is still a lot of running.
I am going to try and get a compresión sick type thing.
We’ll see how the adjustments go.

I survived the 3 games. Stopped at Walmart and bought anything and everything that I thought would help my foot. It worked. Foot is still sore but not as bad. I think what helped me was the arch support. I don’t think it’s my arch, but I think that it moved my foot enough to take the pressure off of where the pain was.
I have some real bad news.... I weighed myself and I’m down to 227. Oh well . It’s a process. LOL
I really haven’t reported into GH except about the adjustments to phase 2.
I was horny last night, does that mean my estrogen is lowered. LOL

I know how dedicated you are charger but have to say I agree with family guy here. You can’t possibly be optimally building muscle with that kind of edema going on and running yourself into the ground. There are times taking a step back is the only way to make future forward progress.

I should have listened to GH . I tried to cut the process and got bit. I started following the decrease and changes and didn’t see the water leave so I thought I could push through it . NOPE
GH has recommended a deload for a week and no AAS. This time I’m going to follow the advice.

No, i have ended phase 2. I am AAS free for a week, then I’m going into a modified phase 3 with a new routine. I was on 1.5 g of test. Estrogen should be down by the start and it. Remember phase 2 was the estrogenic and androgenic phase. Phase 3 is the anabolic phase.
I think I should be good.

I know. I put on a winter jacket that fit me last year and my son had to help me get it off. Whole new wardrobe needed. Gym is the last to replace.
Our customer saw me today and said “holy shit, what the hell are you eating, you just keep getting bigger and bigger.”
My face turned red in embarrassment because he said it so loud.

That’s why I turned red. That is what I heard. I used to feel that I could get away with saying I’m natty, but I have ballooned very quickly.
I am super happy though. I was sure that my abs were obscure, but I can actually see them if I flex.

Sorry guys- there is not much happening.
I have stopped everything and I am de loading this week . I will start a modified cycle next week.
I am tired all of the time and feel like my soul has left my body. I am depressed and life in general along with my lack of progress has played a part. I fall asleep at work, come close to falling asleep driving. I haven’t been able to get up in the mornings.
I am drinking tonight to hope that I can get some joy, even if for a small period of time. LOL
Yep on the verge of becoming an overnight alcoholic. See- it’s working. I’m at least smiling while writing this.
I am just trying to keep everyone updated. I got all the way down to 224 and I am now 228
I also think that Obs has twisted my brain to thinking that rest is for the weak. LOL

Kelkel- i know but do not accept it. I saw myself gaining left and right and had pictures in my mind of where I would be. That dream has been shattered.
I just need to hop back on the horse.
The mental game of this is intense. I don’t care how strong you are- it will get you at one point or another.
It gets me frequently. I guess I am just too stubborn to accept things the way they are.
It may take me until I’m 70 yo but I will succeed. Nothing in my life has come easy.
