keep in mind you can just buy your own sleep apnea CPAP machine . if you get an auto regulating one you can set it up yourself (with out the sleep study telling you what pressure you need).
there are probably a dozen used ones on your local CL market for fractions of the price for new

The GearHead Challenge
I didn’t know that. I am thinking. That I will need an operation.
I did go to the Dr today because insurance requires it. They take my BP and 144 / 88. Causes some concern but supposedly sleep apnea makes cholesterol, BP , etc worse. Dr ordered BP check at end of consultation. Nurse comes In with a thigh pad for BP to use my on arm. I’m like wtf. I’m not that fucking big. BP was 134/75.
There is something wrong, I don’t see myself as being excessively large except my mid section. LOL
People say that I’m lean but I see a belly. How can others not see that.
Officiating is throwing a monkey wrench into my gaining weight . I’ll spend all week to gain 5-7 lbs and then 1-2 days of officiating, I’ve lost it.
I’m known as the “buff referee” or Lou Ferrigno. I’m not sure why here in SoCal Lou is the name of choice. Not Arnold or any other large person.
Not that Inresemble any of them, but Lou seems to be the favorite out here.
Maybe one day they will start calling me Obs. LOL

She is my uro though, so it wasn't as fun as it sounds

I was in the biggest sauna in the world in Germany last month. At one point, I walked out into a big open area and I looked over at this one guy. I was confused for 2 or 3 seconds before I realised that one of the walls was a big massive mirror. The moment I realised I was looking at myself, I definitely felt something a little strange happen in my head (sort of like shifting from "judge others" mode, to "judge myself" mode). These two different modes can be quite different in some people.
I think it's unlikely that you would harshly judge a person who has near-identical physique to you.

Feeling like crap. Nose is stuffed, I can’t get enough oxygen, my pussy workout for legs killed them, my knees hurt, stuffing white rice down my throat, and I am finally sick and tired of chicken breast. I eat it 3 times a day, every day.
In case you couldn’t tell...... My fucking pussy hurts. LOL
A guy at the gym asked me what happened to my tan. LOL

It's likely that all the aforementiomed symptoms are caused by your emotional reaction to being ridiculed for losing your tan.
As human beings, we take our sense of identity from all kinds of things -- some people are deeply identified with their tan as though it were a basic and unchangeable element of their essence.
If you go buy a bag of coal and rub it all over yourself in the bath, you might find that your appetite for breasts returns, and that your aches and pains will assauge.

I missed last night and I am going to miss today.
I am getting anxiety from not being able to breathe. I need to be careful how much food I put in my mouth because I can’t breathe.
I really didn’t know if I would be alive this morning because I wake up gasping for air. This is a terrible feeling.
I don’t know how I am gaining weight. I get tired of trying to breathe while I eat and give up.
I should actually be losing weight with all of the mucous that I am extracting. LOL
I am going to try and see a Dr today.
I have a tournament to officiate on Sat and Sun, but I need to be able to breathe.
I also have to check all of Santa’s reighndeer for airworthiness before they set off on their journey delivering presents. LOL
I need to be ready and able to go on Monday with lifting. Hopefully my knee joints feel better. –

why so much chicken?
my main meal is rice with hamburger and bone broth....
(you could use ground chicken or turkey if you must..)
I find red meat makes me strong.
And I agree with HoldMyBeer, chicken thighs would be my chicken of choice.Last edited by The Deadlifting Dog; 12-20-2019 at 07:41 AM.

I am at the Dr’s office. I hate seeing Dr’s, but I had to do something. If I went to sleep, I’m not sure I would wake up alive.
Justo sitting here and my breathing is screwed up. People can hear me breathing.... or trying to.
I thought that my upped intake of vit C and E a couple weeks ago stopped the onset. I guess not.
BP 161/79. Now I’m really fucked.

Yeah, but training is worthless. I can’t afford this downtime. The competition is getting bigger while I get smaller.
I do have some good news!!!!!!
The Dr prescribed me steroids ...... nasal steroids. LOL

I bought a meat grinder so I can grind lean meats. In the case of beef, you generally end up with 93%, but at least you know for sure what's going in it and it can be cheaper
I also grind chicken breast. That way I can make flavored rice (usually made with a lot of "better than bouillon"), mix the ground chicken in after, and it goes down much easier

You take care of yourself brother. At least you have true readings. I remember when I went to the ER 4 weeks out. Every test was fucked up until I started refusing testing because I knew the results.
I wish I was close by. I would help you move out.

Well, still sick as a dog. The medicine helps me through the day.
I am ending 2019 on a bad note. I worked so hard to gain weight. In 2 days I’m down 10 pounds! Of those 10 lbs, probably 8 is mucous.
The good thing is I no longer have anxiety of never waking up again however I wake up every hour to blow my nose and cough.
I am weak do no working out. It is one of the few times that I feel rest will help me grow than working out.
I am playing it day by day. My body is forcing me to listen to it.
I am officiating still since it would be too short a notice Roger a replacement.
