    IRON 101:

The most common type of anemia is iron deficiency anemia, which basically means the body is running low on iron. The body needs iron to successfully produce hemoglobin the substance that carries oxygen throughout the body.

The two main reasons people may have a shortage of iron are 1) a lack of iron in the diet, which makes no sense for the bb'er since our diets are "SUPPOSED" to be rich in iron fortified foods, and 2) blood is being lost faster than the body can remake it; unlikely unless you've been in an accident or shooting.

Regardless, supplementation works well and the standard iron dosage is 18mgs a day. If your multi-vit/min doesn't have iron, switch or add it separately. But have a follow-up in a couple of months, because too much iron can be just as bad.

Actually the opposite is true, and low doses of Dbol are often used in tx. Here are some studies, but you'll need to join PubMed to view them, and maybe get a translator:

    • Effect of methandrostenolone on blood iron and transferrin levels.
