Bro..there are uses and abuses...good to see you're reding up and researching...IMO if clen is used correctly it will work and should have low or no sides at all...if you take more than you need or stay on for a prolonged time...well then you're asking for it.

i don't think i would ever mess with clen , i'd rather do 60 mins of cardio every day and go on a diet than trying it the easy way... It's not hard to lose fat if you're dedicated.. everything is possible!!!

i dont want to use it cause im looking for an "easy way" i wanna use it cause im planning on competing soon and it will help alot to get your bodyfat down very low
i can tolerate those side effects like shakyness but im just worried about the heart

it can enlarge the ventricles of your heart in large dosages as well as increasing your blood pressure.
someone at risk for stroke or heart disease shouldnt use it

i dont know if i had a normal sized heart before, but my last checkup i had blood pressure of 140/100 and a 'mildly enlarged heart' according to my doc. i honestly just dont think clen is worth it. I felt like crap on it and the shakes and headaches are a pain.
my high blood pressure and heart enlargement might just be from the amount of size ive put on this year though.

^^^^^^^^^^^same thing for me.......You might think shakes and head aches are no big deal till you go through it.Unless your hardcore and have nothing else to do avoid clen !If you like cardio or like to play sports you can kiss that endurance good by as well.

I have used clen before. I got mild shakes, but it worked great for me. Especially when combining it with diet and cardio.

CLENBUTEROL in some areas of the world has been around quite awhile. If used in planned moderation,,problems are rare.
