18% is a little to high to jump on gear. You should consider waiting until you have your body fat 10-12% at min. to jump on it. Tweaking your diet and adding the right mix of cardio would get you there.

Winstrol is too advanced for you, eq isn't that good, prop will hurt you and sus.....it's ok i guess.

you're gonna need a real meal plan.
eating PBNJ on wheat with milk, isn't going to do much, if anything for you.
having a solid daily meal plan layed out will make or break your progress. sammiches wont do shit for you while on ANY gear. no matter how much you take, or what you take - your body is only going to go as far and be as good as you feed it.
if you feed it crap...well........ you are what you eat...

breakfast
3 peices of wheat toast
6 eggs
8 peices of turkey bacon
milk
v8 splash mango peach
snack
two p b and json wheat
milk
lunch
2 chicken breast
1/2 cup of rice
salad blue cheese dressing
water and a coke
snack
1 p b and j
milk
dinner
could be roast, fish, chicken, bison, ground beef (depends on mood)
could be pasta, rice, potato (depends on mood)
salad blue cheese dressing
water (plus a beer or two...but rare)
snack before bed
roast beef and white american cheese on toasted rye
water
that is pretty much what i eat

people recommend test only cycles. I am just guessing that this is your first cycle. I would save that gear for a bit.
Now post some pics in the appropriate area and we can do a good job of guessing bodyfat. Like i said 10-12 is where you want to be not 18.
Your diet isn't great, but it is better than what mine was in the past. Hit the diet forum and read every sticky. I am doing my best to follow one of those plans now and it is working great in combination with my test only cycle. Test is all you need WHEN you get to that point. Save the other goodies for down the road.

ok ok i hear that.
question about test.... prop is fast acting so you taek it eod sus 250 is two times a week
sus has prop in it (small amount) why not throw in some prop with a sus cycle
again new just wondering
