Cutting Cycle Advice

Looking for thoughts on a 3nd cycle. I'd like to try a 12 week cutting cycle.

First cycle was straight test-c, second cycle was test-e and eq. Good results on both.

Stats:

31 yo
220 lbs
5'11"
BF 17%

Workout Plan:

M - Chest and Back
T - Cardio
W - Arms and Shoulders
R - Cardio
F - Legs and Back
S - Cardio

Any thoughts on a good cutting cycle?

you can pretty much cut on any steroid bro as long as you keep the estrogen and water down but without diet and cardio its all useless

Very true, but there are compounds that augment cutting as well, such as Var which literally burns fat (as proven in journal studies w/ and w/o exercise), T3 to tweak your metabolism, Clen and Eph. Also many elect to go with traditionally lean quality builders like Tren , Mast & Winny.

But as Pietro said, even with these aces in your hand, diet and training are central!
Sounds like you have some studying to do.
