you do realize that you posted this in the steroid Q+A, right?
in any event, I fail to see the relation between appetite and food intake. when I was bulking, I set the timer on my phone to remind me when to eat, and I ate a LOT. I never waited till I got hungry or wanted a meal, I ate because I wanted to grow and food was the fuel that would make me grow. you already admit that your diet is horrible, there is your answer. your natural test level at 20 is through the roof, but even if you trippled your level you wouldn't gain a single pound, because food is your limiting factor.

1.) It's always common courtesy to be polite to a person when your asking for help. Why in your right mind treat anybody differently just because you cant see them?
2.) You didn't pay for a membership. The knowledge that you can attain on this website is priceless, and the people that offer it to you are doing it own of the goodness of their hearts. (not because baby want them.) So don't act like a jerk
3.) Wouldn't hurt to read the rules before you start asking questions.
I eat six well portioned meals a day. I didn't always eat this way, but I find that doing so speeds up my metabolism, and makes me hungrier throughout the day. I also tend to eat more when I train harder.
MY advice to you is think about that, and reevaluate your game plan.

Get yourself some injectable vitamin b12, vitamin b1 and vitamin b complex.
Your appetite will be through the roof if you take these in the correct dosages.

You live in the U.K. and dont know what supplements are legal LMAO dont even bother leave the juice alone and learn how to eat thats my best advice to give you
