im curious what each individuals cycle looked like when they benched their max? at 181lbs at a PL comp i put up 315 raw as my third lift. i was taking 300mg/wk test p, 300mg/wk tren a, and i popped like 80mg of fluoxymesterone that day.

6'3", 215 lbs, 12% bf
My bench max is right around 300, no AAS. I've always been weak with bench press, though. It's tough being 6'3" with long ass arms. Have to lift heavy as possible and eat like a horse to get stronger. Come a long way as my max was probably at least 50 lbs less a year ago.

Yeah I'd say. my biggest problem with heavy ass deads is my grip.

This should be related to height. 180lb bodyweight at 5ft 8 is going to be a lot stronger than 5ft 11 at same bodyweight. My friend is 6ft 1, 200lbs ish and can do 177.5kg bench for one rep natural.

I am 5'7'' 196 (was at 200 but on pct now )
I do 275 for 12 usually with no prob,315 x5 my max was 365 x2 clean thou, no back bending or bounce off chest crap.

I usually bench 405 for a three rep max on "show off days" when I'm in the 260-290lbs range. I know its not impressive but I never really trained for power. I see smaller guys benching more with smaller chests so it doesn't really bother me. I actually applaud it.

If you have trouble with grip on your last set of deads try doing a set of 20 with a lighter weight helps build grip strength. also farmers walks really work well.
I always use chalk or without it I wouldnt be able to hold onto the bar...hands get to sweaty. Also not sure how you grip the bar? but try one hand over hand and the other under....works alot better!

I'm 53, 5'7" and 182lbs and just popped 345 today. I have a bench meet at the end of august and hope to hit a 360 for it.
