Hey everyone just looking for some pointers really,
I'm 6ft 8 and way almost 14 stone but no matter what I do/eat I can't put weight on because my metabolism is through the roof. I ideally want to be 16 stone because i play rugby, so was thinking of running sus 250mg a week with 250mg of deca also for an 8 week cycle what do you think?
Please post back so I can hit my target weight cheers guys.
