Well, another 18 year old who wants to get juiced. Sure are a lot that want to get juiced.
At 18 it's just not worth it. You can rough yourself up in way that you REALLY REALLY would not enjoy.
I am 31 and ran my 1st cycle, my libido is shot and has been for 2 weeks. I hope it comes back soon
There is no way I could put up with my dick not working when I was 18, I would curl up in a ball and cry. . . . This is just one possible hopefully short term side effect.
I much rather beat up on mad strange when I was 18 then try to get ripped looking.
Good luck man, it's your body - do what you want with it, just remember you only have one and when you start there is no turning around.

i want this lifestyle it take 110% dedication but i love it. you gain respect and get biches.
but even if you do small dosages like 30mg -50 surely you will get your test working straight after again. bodybuilders take upto 1400mg dosage ! thats mad

not going to talk about zyzz or this thread will be an epic 100 pages...
sorry i dont mean to be arumentive im just very confused , i dont understand how a small amount of roids on each cycle 30-50mg isnt anything compared to people who take 1000mg etc. HOW the hell will that completly shut it down for ever im doing it for a year.
i may be wrong but if a guy was abusing doing it for 10-20 years , taking all sorts up to 1000mg then YES all these sides and completly shut down, BUT not for 1 sec do i believe by doing 20-30mg shuts it down for ever.
that means everyguy on here has lost there testosterone , so i take it your on a needle for the rest of your life ? thought not... yours came back and i bet 80% of guys on here who do it properly

i have just turned 18, yes my physic is shit hence im on a steroid forum. my bf is high due to the shit foods i eat , i have just started to look into nutrion.

If you cant afford more food you cant afford to cycle.
And if you do get the $ to cycle and put on weight your not going to maintain it. You have to eat more the bigger you get. So if you can afford to loose a shake and eat more food then how are you going to afford to eat for the extra weight you want to put on?If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

i have been messing around since 13 had weights and a bench in my room, but i have had a shight diet from day 1. i have been to the gym 5 days a week for about 5 months , i have done tones i mean tones of research i was writing workout programes for myself at 15, i know what each exericses do etc reps and sets etc,
as we all know 70% of its nutrition the rest is gym. i bench 70kg at the gym , ez curl 35kg so im not that weak, 80kg squat, 70kg deadlift.

Op, your best bet is get a gym membership, come on this forum everyday and read all about nutrition and a good workout routine, then if you stick to it I bet you can hit 210 by end of next year at 10-12% bodyfat. I say this only because I did this exact thing. 22-25 years of age. Nutrition section and the gym were my best friends. I admit to using clen to cut down but only because I cut down at 26 years old to be at 10% body fat to start my cycle with a good base.

Synthetic testosterone tells the testes to stop producing the natural testosterone. When the body senses the foreign source, it sees no need to produce its own.
So if you put 50 mg of a long ester testosterone in your body, you are stopping your natural production and replacing it with an even smaller amount. So essentially you will be getting less test than you currently do.
Doing this for a year will leave the testes dormant. Then you come off and the testes will not always realize they need to produce testosterone again. SO you will stay shut down. Damage down to your endocrine system can often be irreversible and therefore will require medication for the rest of your lie.
Someone over the age of 25 has finished developing. There is less risk to damaging your body's systems as they are not still in development.
1000mgs per week can cause more damge and make recovery more difficult but no matter what the dose, you will be shutting yourself down and risk not recovering

ok so if i diet looking at my pic, 500 cals over. + training 5 days a week, how much weight could i put on im 185lbs currently. how much of it would be muscle mass, also i 4lbs of muscle mass noticable does it add alot of size ?

At those numbers, I think you should turn elsewhere for training advice rather than doing what you think is right because you started writing it up at 15.
I could start writing up my ideas on quantum physics and 3 years later they would still not be right.
Your numbers are quite low

this is my 1 year goal before uni. steroids would get me this in time, but could i do it natty ? will 5x training a week and 500 cal over clean bulking for 14 solid months.

1 year with the proper diet and training could achieve some of those looks. The problem with reaching that is you would need to bulk then cut because many are 10%BF or lower.
But it can be done without steroids

I would say to shoot for the look in the 2nd or 3rd picture in the upper row of the third picture you posted.
The first two pictures would take a few years at your current look steroids or not

You have to be realistic. It takes time steroids or not. The biggest misconception guys have is that they can go from your current look to those pictures in one cycle

Some of those guys have mad amazing genetics for abs. I most likely along with the other 90% of guys can not achieve those abs without some insane work and dedication.
