    its around 600, i havent 1rm in a long time but i can hit 455 for a set of 10 with pretty good depth. my deadlift is around 600 aswell i think most of my quad development has been attributed to deadlifts

    hey yall just wanted to give an update, in the middle of week 9. weight has been pretty stagnant at around 232-233. Body comp is improving daily aswell as shape. Sides are non-existent sleep like a baby great training sessions been eating very well calorie wise so dont really understand how my weight isn't climbing. Biggest improvements visually is obviously noticeable leaner and developing some greater upper chest/overall shoulder development. also my vascularity is night and day from where it was when i started.

    Was just wondering today when you would update! Most likely if your not gaining your not eating enough...remember tren will require a bit more calorie intake and I'm sure your burning up more in the gym!

    im eating like 5200-6000 on most days. I have been throwing in some higher volume/ more compound exercises so this could be the issue. Im still gaining like physique wise and i can tell im improving everyday its just the scale isnt really budging as much but i feel like i can trust the mirror more than the scale lol

    You may be nearing your genetic limits and your dosage is rather low so it may not support any xtra gains...thats ok in the sense that you will not keep anything past that genetic limit point anyhow

    No to mention you had some BF to lose so there is most likely some recomp taking place

    yeah my birthday is actually coming up this week. and lunk my weight is moving about a lb a week. a little slower than id like but hard to get 6k cals + with class everyday. kinda decided to try and maintain 235 and slowly bring BF down. getting some crazy strength gains but really good leg shape/shoulder development. thinking of switching to tren acetate for the last few weeks as i drop the cyp and throw in the prop.

    I have never done that (switched Tren E to A ) but yes the concept is obviously the same as going from Test E to Prop.

    Nah...imo the only real benifit is the abilty to start the PCT in 3 days instead of 2 weeks. Just make sure the diet is solid enough to support the new gains at the end of the cycle and you will retain well. Since you want to run the tren till the end I'm sure then just stay on the cyp and skip the prop tansition!

    So are you running prop longer??? Is that the plan? If so it's not neccesary. Test E and Tren E will clear at the same time and since shut down occurs with both it really provides no advantage to run test longer!

    dropped the tren at 10 and 1/2 weeks... ran out of Tren E. Decided it wasnt worth it too try and restart it as i would be ending soon anyways. Currently deciding on whether to run test c for another week or just do 1 more pin and finish at 13 weeks and bridge var for 2 more weeks and then start PCT. Weight has leveled at 230ish lbs usually wake up at 228-229 bed at 232/233. Waist has come down quite a bit and shape is very good strength has kept true. The tren has cleared my system and my strength is still pretty stupid. here are some pic updates. The lighting is shit but if you look at my lats/waist and shoulders i think thats where the most of the development has gone. Also shape and sweep in my legs has improved dramatically. Id say i put on 15lbs of lbm atleast. and lost a few % of Bf in the process. No sides. Acne has been minimal. I may have ran a bit too high of Arimidex throughout the cycle which may have hindered some gains but ill take no gyno over a few extra lbs. Click image for larger version.

    Will post pictures again at the end of PCT i expect to lose another few % of BF as my diet is cleaning up more and more. Also the var over the next 3-4 weeks. Hopefully this helps someone.

    Legs are sick bro. I'm in my first week off my 12 week test e cycle and will start pct after next week and my bf is already down a little more in that short of time. I'm still eating like a horse so I can explain my weight loss (already down 3 lbs avg) other than hopefully it's a little fat burning...hopefully! Anyway looking good. Keep the updates going.
