I recently was prescribed a daily low dose of Lisinopril for high bp. I'm 41 and have a long history of it on both sides of my family. Anyway i will be starting a Test only cycle soon and plan on adding a tablespoon of apple-cider vinegar to a cup of hibiscus tea twice daily and CLA 3 times daily when it starts rising. I will check back here with the results.

At any rate, I typically have an elevated blood pressure whether on cycle or not, and when I started a cycle with Anadrol my BP entered stroke range. Taking Hawthorne Berry Extract immediately dropped my BP, and tracking my BP along with different doses revealed a direct correlation. Good stuff.
I've been preaching HBE for over a year on nearly every blood pressure thread. I miss a thread every now and then. Ha

Just an update from my previous post. Haven't started my test cycle yet but did start taking 2.5mg cialis twice daily. Since doing this i have not needed the Lisinopril. Thinking i will save up all these lisinopril pills and use them if needed on cycle. Now if i can just get use to these mild headaches.
