    Salvage My Cycle

    I was starting to gain nicely 5th week into a test e 500mg cycle. Even broke a plateau in two lifts. Then I got the flu for a wk and lost 8lbs of lean mass and a shit load of strength.

    I decided to turn this cycle into a cutting cycle. I've decreased my intake to about 200 calories shy of my TDEE. I don't want to go much more in a deficit.

    I have about 9 wks left until I go on PCT. I want to add something to the back end of my cycle to accelerate fat loss.

    What will stack well with my 500mg test/wk?

    2x^^ bro there is no way u lost 8lbs of lean muscle Haha.. Mostly water. Keep on ur cycle as planned.. Keep training and eating to gain the muscle.. Cut after u have done ur pct and are back to normal..

    Ok so what doses should I run that won't kill me?

    75mg EOD tren for the last 8 wks?

    100mg Clen ED for two weeks on, two weeks off?

    Well I was 192 16.4%BF now I am 185 17%BF and weak as ****.... Look skinny as hell too even though I am just as fat

    Wait so ur looking skinny as Hell and u want to cut??!!? How does this make any sense Haha.. Keep adding on the mass bro.. U will be much happier.. What is this ur first cycle?

    I want to cut because my body fat is too high. I want to get it down to a good level so I can build back up properly, eating clean at TDEE. I don't have the type of body that easily loses fat so I want to get the cut out of the way as quickly as possible.

    I've cut before and it was successful but I did not eat a lot and hardly lifted because I was weak. I don't want to go through this again. I want to lose it while still being able to eat a decent amount.

    When I get bigger I still look like shit because of no definition. So I can't just start adding more mass because it's going to look like shit. I need to lose BF asap.

    And yes first cycle.

    Then cut ur calories 500 for ur tdee and do 30-45 mins cardio everyday. That will do the trick..

    How much muscle will I lose? Should I lift for strength to keep remaining muscle?

    If you're asking questions like these you need to stop your cycle, run PCT and get back to focusing on diet and training.
