Help Picking my first cycle
I'm 22 and an emt. I'm 5"7 weigh 145 and I want to just increase muscle toning. What should I use I don't want to drop a lot of weight or pack on a lot of weight to where I don't see muscle toning happening.

I agree with derekpapa1, at your age you need to work on your diet. Good luck and please consider holding off a few years.

Invest in some instant oatmeal. Eat that everyday. And invest in peanut butter jam sandwiches

For one muscle "toneing" does not exist, mean dropping down your body to make you muscles appear more tone. Just eat like crazy with good whole foods and bulk your face off by the sounds of your stats, obviously you want more muscular definition and vascularity but that'd require you to cut but I highly doubt your ready to cut going by you stats
