Puffy nipples 3 months after "cycle"

Hi there, I need some advice regarding a problem w my both nipples. So I have tried to run my first Test E only cycle few months ago. My cycle was like:
Test E 250 Twice a week
HCG 500 IU a week
adex

The Test E I have been run was basically rubbish according with my blood work for that reason I think I only run a HCG cycle. During my cycle my nipples got very swollen and puffy. When I realized that my Test was sh!t I stopped the cycle and started my PCT with nolva and clomid for four weeks. Now it is nearly 2 months after the end of my PCT, my blood works are back to baseline, but my nipples are a little puffy, obv much better than they were but still puffy.
what can I do?

Always had bit of puffy nipples or just after the cycle?

What's your bf%?

I have them whenever I be warm or evning times,most day from morning till 7 evening time hard as fuark but after puffy, but I blame genetic on that plush my bf is like 15+%

That is a new thing, They have not ever been like that..
And my bf is lower than usual...

Did your labs include E2? If so, what was it? If not, need to run it.

I am not sure, I ll check it out and let you know. But do you think is there something I could do if my E2 are not ok?

The thing about gyno or even pre-gyno which it sounds like you had/have, is that it's not just extra estro, but moreover an imbalance in the Test:Estro ratio.

Not always, but largely dependent upon one's own individual sensitivity, as this ratio is skewed whether during cycle, post-cycle, or due to a variety of other causes like meds (such as your HCG ), andropause , or even OTC treatments such as certain herb containing yet hormone influencing oils, lotions, shampoos (some herbs are notorious for this) gyno and gyno-like symptoms can occur.

However, regardless of the cause the absolute best, and I've seen many studies, primary-first line of defense clinical treatment is Tamoxifen (Nolvadex ). Letroxole is second, and preferred by bb'ers during cycle because unlike Nolva it doesn't hinder cycle gains. In stubborn cases, several studies employ the two of them either concurrently (together) or successively (back-to-back). Nevertheless, if your nipples are not as they used to be, regardless of bf, start a mild course of Nolva (20 mg/ed) and run it not just through symptom resolution, but couple of weeks beyond. Take heart, you'll be fine.
