I draw with the 18 out of the vial, there's a little area thats meant for the needle on my vials so no rubber can get caught, the little space allows you to go in at an angle it flaps down and the needle goes right in, once i draw i change the needle to the 25, i honestly think i just should of got 23g to inject ... honestly its not a big issue just a little extra effort and slower but i don't mind because the slow injection i think is the reason i have no pain so its no biggie

Mine isn't the easiest to inject either. Usually takes my middle, forefinger and my palm. Using 23g though. I imagine its just the consistency of the oil. Yesterday's injection, #5 went great and hardly any soreness today. No bruising either

Thats good, glad this one went better. Probably gonna be like that from now on. Yeah i think you're right it could be the oil, could be the syringes i bought idk its no biggie i just included it in my updates so people can know what to possibly expect so they don't freak out if it happens to them lol

Might be new vials, i know they are always updating their packaging and stuff. The slits are hard to see in the pics but its pretty convenient after the initial poke you don't have to worry about any rubber getting into the needle or much dulling not that the dulling would matter since i use 2 seperate needles

Kind of a shitty workout today, wasn't really into it much, probably gonna have a rest day early tomorrow. Not because of the test for sure i just randomly have those days where its like eh and I'm not into it, seems like my body's way of saying i need a break motherfucker lol yesterday's workout was fucking intense and i knew today would be pushing the envelope being that I've increased reps and weight over the past few weeks really trying to challenge myself, gonna take every other day off this week just to get some extra rest and hit it hard next week again and get back to 6 days a week, might just do cardio on my off days this week just so I'm not sitting around lol

Slept 10 hours, never do that like i mean in over 20 years I've never slept that long and when i woke up something was definitely different, my energy is fucking through the roof, tmi but i also woke up with the boner of a lifetime lol that good pubescent dick that tingled, Haven't had that feeling in years either haha
Not sure if this test is suppose to work this fast or whats going on, yesterday i felt like shit didn't even wanna think about the gym, today i feel like i need to go haha I'm gonna rest because of how i felt yesterday and i know i need to but this feeling is indescribable honestly...placebo? Idk but holy shit, I've cleaned my house and want to run laps, did my girl drug me in my sleep? Wtf is going on ?!?!?!

Normally, well since i was a kid i generally get about 5 hours tops and its not uncommon to get like 3 hours, ive been that way since i can remember aside from the occasional blackout drunk sleep but its never a good day the next day lol. But idk what happened i slept like a baby last night and feel great right now all day I've just felt different, could be the sleep could be the test, my bet is on both... hopefully this is a consistent thing lol i fucking like it

3rd pin yesterday , worked out like a champ today and yesterday, woke up with my heartrate pretty high which was weird and i was hot as fuck but it calmed down within a hour of waking up, also I'm noticing my face is starting to look a little fuller which is weird because I've been looking leaner bodywise not from the test but because of my dieting prior to my cycle, past week my weight has gone up but bf going down on my scale, i know the scale isn't accurate but it shows me something is happening if my weight is slowly increasing and bf % is getting lower, but my face looks really full, no lumps in my nipples but I'm holding some water for sure in my chest cause my nipples are slightly puffy, i had the swollen glands as a teen like im sure most pubescent boys did so i know how that feels, this is much different it feel like water weight for sure idk if this is normal or if i should change my ai dosage just to be careful...thoughts?

Here's the weight log from fitbit and my aria scale ... i can visually see the changes, I'm getting more vascular, waist is getting smaller I'm definitely cutting fat but my fucking face and nipples are looking puffy its weird, my girl says my nipples don't look any different and I'm being paranoid but she also said my face looks rounder

Ok today i woke up and my face was really puffy, definitely retaining water but only noticeable really in my face and nipples..... what do i need to do to fix this. Lower sodium? Remove creatine, switch up arimidex dosage? More cardio? Wtf i hate this puffy look, i know test can cause water retention but i though i was doing everything right to avoid it, just the way my body is responding i guess and it sucks ... any help would be greatly appreciated guys

Gonna do more cardio starting today, i already drink about 2 gallons a day and yeah carbs for sure need to go back down I'm carb sensitive and always try to stay pretty low carb but thought I'd increase them for my cycle ....Stopped the creatine and got my sodium in check...gonna hold off on switching the arimidex dosage to see if the other things were the problem, ... we'll see how this week goes

Ok so its fair to say fast food is no good, I've been fucking up the past 4 days and kinda relaxed on my diet, dumb mistake i know but i now know where all this fucking bloating and water weight is from, diet is back in check as if today and I'm back in the righteous path haha honestly i allowed myself to think it was ok and i need the calories and got sucked into that fucking food trap, got a reality check and will not allow that to happen again, fuck a cheat meal .... other than that though all is well, glad this happened early in my cycle and was short lived as it is easily reversible... lesson learned

Great diet and training it shows 10 times better.
Its good to think of it like that, it keeps one accountable while on.
I got loose the first few weeks of my cycle, insane amount of water and quick fat. I knocked that shit off real quick

Yeah man i got a little loose too, my gut is bloated as fuck my abs are all stretched definitely not the look i want haha, read a few things did some due diligence and put my mind at ease and realized I'm just a fucking idiot and i need to keep myself in check
Thats a great way to look at it man thanks for that, its simple but puts shit in perspective!! Just gotta make sure i don't procrastinate and actually get all my grocery shopping done when it needs to be done, thats honestly where i fucked up.

Blended up chicken smoothie? I did that for 2 consecutive weeks. Quick digestion, cheap, quick setup, high protein.
Pressure cooker corned beef. Cheap cheap cheap tender meat.
6-8 raw eggs in morning smoothie.
Mushed up avocado with soy sauce
Etc
Low carb, high fat, high protein. If I'm on a calorie/time schedule, excessively chewing my food is not optimal. Nothing kills me more than staring at a dry piece of chicken breast.
If you want even cheaper meat with a different texture and nutrition, try chicken hearts. Lightly pan cooked, guzzled in butter. $2 lb.

Yep.
I bake or grill 15 lbs of chicken breast at a time.
Cook a whole box of brown rice at a time.
Open and rinse 5 cans of kidney, black, navy beans at a time.
Open bags of frozen kale, and broccoli at a time.
Get a ton of cheap zip lock Tupperware containers.
.......
Weigh up 5 oz cooked chicken, 120g cooked rice, 60g beans , 80g broccoli, and 70g kale for each meal.
Put these pre made meals in freezer.
Eat at least 4 a day, on top of a 1 or 2 whole egg+ 1 cup egg whites and 1/2 cup [40g dry) oatmeal break fast,
Also add your post workout 40g shake in there, and possibly a carrot and peanut butter snack.
You should be covered for cals. Add or make meals bigger to adjust cals

Geez. That is a lot of food. That would make me fat I would think. Right now I eat. 300 grams of chicken. 300 grams of rice. 100 grams of beans. A huge helping of greens. Either brocolli or kale or the like. I have a post workout shake. Usually a protein bar. Half an avocado. That is my typical day. That puts me right at 2k calories and about 170 grams of protein or so which is a slight cut for me. How many calories is that. Without calculating that looks like 4k give or take? That would be a huge bulk for me. How much do you weigh? You must be swole. Lol. I am 180 right now. Trying to cut a little before I do a slow bulk.

Yeah normally i prep my food every 2 days, but this month was a bit hectic i let shit get out of control and laxed, back on my routine now so all is well. 4th pin today and increased cardio, already noticing a difference with the bloat and water weight in my face its looking a lot better and not as puffy thank god.

I can't wait for mine to kick in. I am on pin #8 of Test-E. Final pin of week 4 tomorrow. No sides at all. Maybe internal body tempature has been higher cause sleeping out opf the covers. I've noticed I am able to do more reps this week but not much on strength especially on the volume work. I'm looking forward to next week though when supposedly the kick should occur.

Yeah man honestly I've already noticed some changes and definitely not placebo, i just started week 3 today, not sure if it happend this fast but I've been leaning out and gaining weight at the same time its nuts, strength is up a tiny bit but that could just be from me eating more carbs now, but the thing that tells me its kicking in is my fucking libido, might be tmi but man its like I'm 15 again haha hours of sex a few times a day and then still have random wood all through the day and can go take care of myself. Sorry tmi ... if it gets better in a few weeks my girl is gonna be in fucking trouble

I'm 225 and growing but ive lost 2 pant sizes and for whatever reason cutting body fat fast as fuck man, I've always been able to cut fairly quickly but also gain super quick too, but man over the past maybe week in a half my weight is going up and I'm getting leaner it makes no sense I'm soooooo much more vascular too, idk what it is but i think i respond really well to test idk if this is normal especially so early so fast or if its just genetics but people have even asked me if I'm taking anything .... and I've veen eating a shit ton of food. I think my eca stack is being enhanced by the test, my body temp is higher than usual and I'm burning more calories than normal according to my fitbit, idk when I'm gonna hit a wall i know its gonna happen but until then I'm riding this train hard haha ... water issues and bloating totally nonexistent now since making those little adjustments...super happy with what's happening so far

I call it a "cut" to my snap friends lol but seriously these jeans fit perfectly a few weeks ago when i bought them, i don't wear baggy clothes everything fits like its tailored usually and these did but i went from a 36 to about a 33 waist, they're perfect on my thighs but the waist is soooo fucking loose

My vascularity is crazy, i had to pin today and noticed i had a bunch of veins in my ass I've bever seen before lol i really want to build my delts up a bit more and my traps so ive been focusing on hitting them has hard as i can, lats too, my chest has been getting pretty big and kind of making my lats look smaller from the front. I'm excited to see what happens once the test really kicks in full throttle I'm only in week 3 so i think over the next couple of weeks things should get interesting... what week are you in?
