    Well,it appears to me,you've found the answer to your conundrum.It doesn't work for you,so don't do it.Simple.

I maintain gains because I use the hell and hatred in my soul to choke down the same chiken twice sometimes and still make myself absolutely pumped for workout.

My arms are sore as shit right now, I have no sex drive or apetite or energy but I force myself.

What is for you is not for everyone.

Not sure if I am stating the obvious here but if you were, in fact, at your genetic limit AAS will take you beyond that but those gains will disappear when you discontinue usage as you can not live beyond your natural limit. At least that was my understanding but I am sure some more experienced guys will chime in.

You're putting way to much faith in the Bod Pod. It's not as accurate as you may think:

I had one done once. Once. At a local university. They gave me a number around 20 or 21%. I just laughed and said ok. I've never been that in my life and probably run around 10% or so year round without any effort, just genetics.

    That's funny.

In graduate school we had a company offer to donate one to our lab if we used it in some of our studies and mention them in our methods and materials section. We politely told them no, we already had a DEXA donated to us and couldn't run the risk of the donor taking it back then leaving us with no accepted method of collecting body mass/comp measurements.

The one thing I will say for the bodpod, it was a lot better doing that vs the old school hydrostatic dunk tank for body fat measurements.

After hearing what everyone had to say, it definitely had me reconsidering my first cycle, but I think the only way to find out how I will react and what I can maintain is to give it a go. Training year after year with no progress is getting old.

Just make sure you don't dip your calories post cycle. When your body is stressed to recover its natural hormone production. You have to keep your Calories up or your body produces more stress hormones and does what it can to relieve its caloric Burden. I.e. Strip muscle mass.

This makes sense. Trying to cut when you're trying to bounce back from a cycle doesn't seem like the best idea.

Does anyone actually gain muscle while cutting on cycle or is maintenance typically the goal?

Preserving muscle as much as possible. You can gain muscle mass and cut body fat at the same time. But because you need to be in a moderate amount of caloric surplus to both gain muscle and loss fat mass, you sacrifice the effectiveness a bit of both. That is why most either bulk or Cut as a goal.

It should not be that expensive. Shop around a bit more, it's out there and relatively cheap.

I need to get my IGF-1 levels checked, last time were 280. I'm on tren again (watchout) and might need caber again, but in the case I want to know before and after levels, if there's any impact.

This oil is disappointing though, it's light green in colour, I hope I don't wake up hulk green tomorrow
