Only the countries who have shown themselves to be good actors, and who are likely to be the target of attack by the evil ones of those countries who have them now.

Just as with with the civilian population. Good decent folks should all be able to be armed to protect against the evil ones who would victimize them.

Folks who have demonstrated that they arent interested in coexisting peacefully with the rest of society by demonstrating a history of violently targeting weaker ones for improper gain, rapists, murderers, robbers, thieves, assailants, should not be able to legally have guns, although they probably would be able to get them illegally. And that is the genesis of the problem. Criminals, by definition, dont follow society's laws.

Society can try to decrease the advantage armed criminals have over it. This is done by ensuring that decent citizens have legal access to firearms if they so chose to.

The right to bear arms in our country. Are good and evil individuals distinguished & is it specified who should or should not be allowed to bear arms?

Forgive me, I teach Anatomy, not history & my memory for retaining details is horrible.

I’ll tip my hand a bit. I always felt the USA was hypocritical in that in our constitution we have the right to bear arms, but in our foreign policy, we are holding judgment as to who shouldn’t do just that.

To any others out there, if this gets confrontational, I will stop. I am asking to keep this polite, TY very much.

Hey mate, it sucks that you got pulled over on your first time, I usually put them in the dashboard while driving home from post office just to avoid this type of situation... I never got busted like this but I got busted by custom many times. No legal services were required, they just sent me a letter that the products has been seized, that's all.. in this case as it was busted in your possession and in your car means they have bit more to go on...

You can get some legal advice but I had my ex's brother a cop and we chat about it many times, he said the possession of any kind of steroids can get you charged as the cop will have to report for sure if they see or found something in your possession (also they will have to test it in lab to confirm the contents) But depending on amount (you had a small amount) I don't think you will even get a fine although you will receive a warning.. even if they call you in court (it won't go that far as it is wasting court time for a bit of testosterone ) rarely if it goes the judge will issue you a warning only... If you had gears for whole gym that's the other case hahhaha ... Selling and using is different, the amount you had is for usage and not for selling, if I were you I wouldn't worry about it, you can receive a warning and probably you will be on watch list and won't be able to receive roids on your address as all you local packages to auspost will be checked for sometime (fee months)

    But this should NOT
    - put you in jail
    - give you fine
    - have a criminal record on your profile

Thats what my understanding is from NT Laws and talking to the cop. NSW would be different? I doubt it.

Let me know what your lawyer says anyway

yes. There are laws, and there is a NICS check which makes sure that certain folks who cant legally buy guns dont walk into a store and walk out with guns.

Our constitution and bill of rights came hundreds of years before our current foreign policy was formulated. actually, this impetuous child president doesnt formulate any policy, he just pukes them up on a whim, without consulting any adults who may have important professional input. He gutted the state department and contradicts himself at every chance when in the company of world leaders. he is so insecure everywhere he goes, we are now the laughingstock of the world.

Look at this classic example of his insecure behavior, so deeply fearful that he wont be the center of attention at every second.

Just be smart. anytime i go pickup any medication from the drug store, or get prescribed and dispensed at a doctors office, i immediately put it in the trunk before i leave the parking lot. dont be lazy or foolish. do it everytime.

if you have any accident on the way home, even if some asshole hits you in the rear, the cop who comes to the scene will look you over to see if you are drunk. if he sees any bag of prescription medication on the seat, he will start to try to blame you for possible being under the influence of medication. it could be anything that could make you drowsy, lightheaded, or whatever. it could even be benedryl. it doesnt have to be illegal or opiates.

dont give them a reason to fuck with you over nothing. always put it in the trunk.

    Imo, it's US or them.
It's not about us and them beyond one point... You gotta keep them beat back or they will beat you.

Anyone who could take our seat on the world platform, would.
I am just fine with being a hypocrite soup nazi with nukes to the rest of the world.

The idea that anyone in power cares about others is silly. Its dog eat dog and we are top dog.

My mechanic mentor said, "Respect is just fear. Without fear there is no respect and without respect nothing you say matters."

I wish we were the only ones with nukes and there would be no worries for nuclear war and all the reason for the mid east to stop chanting "Death to America."

I don’t see things so black and white I guess. Countries are like states. Certain states have certain laws. If you want to smoke weed legally, you have to move to those states. In some countries, like the UK, steroids are legal. In some countries firearms are legal for everyone to purchase, in others only hunters or people of special interest. The beauty of modern society is that we can choose to live in a place where our ideals match the norms and cultural aspects of that country. We’re not gonna have a place that is perfectly aligned with our beliefs, because even in this country people are 50/50 on almost everything from politics to ice cream flavors.

I’ve lived in 3 countries and travelled to many more. People are the same everywhere. For some reason some Americans believe that European men are somehow weaker or less manly. Interestingly though some of the toughest fighters in the world in MMA and boxing are European. Millions of our ancestors in Europe fought off invaders who would have had us speaking another language and following another religion. Millions have died for us to be here, just as thousands here have died in the revolutionary war, WWI/II, Vietnam, etc.

We are a product of thousands of years of wars and bloodshed. For America to exist, first Europe had to exist, and the countries within it. America is successful because of the influx of immigrants who came here with ideas and ambitions. And the principles of freedom and sacrifice were maintained from generation to generation. Europeans became Americans. America happens to have two oceans on either side, with little to fear from foreign invaders, and a ton of untapped natural resources. So you combine all the resources with the best of the best minds and workers from each country, no nearby enemies, two oceans on each side, hundreds of years of free labor (slavery), and you have the greatest country in the world. To forget where we come from is not good, I believe. If we forget where we came from, how will we know where we’re going? We progress by learning from our mistakes. Just as the pilgrims left their homeland for freedom of religion and to end persecution, so have others left their homelands for better opportunities, a free market, capitalism, and democracy. This country is great because of progressive thinking and open mindedness. As soon as we close off and ridicule the rest of the world and put them down for their beliefs or cultures, the faster we collapse as a nation.

There is nationality, ethnicity, and race. As a white person in the US, you are of European ethnicity, American nationality, and Caucasian race. The comment I was referring to was calling people “Euros,” which I took to refer to their ethnic background, which is why I made my comment. The guy explained that it’s not about ethnicity but about views/culture. My rebuttal is that there are 44 countries in Europe and each one of them have different laws, cultures, and belief systems. I don’t like the “us vs them” mentality because that just creates hate and divisiveness. Im prejudiced like anyone else, it’s a part of our survival instinct to protect and support our own, and I understand the nationalistic sentiments expressed by others on here. I’ve just experienced friendships and good times on both sides of the pond so I don’t like calling people euros or whatever.

I saw a lawyer yesterday and got the basics while they look into it further. As I had one pack of Dianabol and one vial of Trenbolone , this might slightly affect my claim of self TRT, but they will research it more, and will verify NSW laws as well and let me know. They did pretty much say what you said, but that I likely will have to front up at court and might get a small fine but nothing more. They have heard of people either just being issued a warning or their solicitor going to court for them, so I likely wont have to travel back to Sydney.
I will supply the paperwork to show my TRT consultations which showed I am slightly on the low side of test levels(but high for my age) and if not too much is mentioned about the Tren and Dbol , I likely wont get a fine or recorded conviction as this is my first non traffic related dealing with police.

As the OP in this post, I didn't want to get into the whole gun conversation in here but I was wondering.
Would you call Australians Euros? I would say I likely legally own more rifles, shotguns and pistols than any American in this conversation and so does my housemate (who is in on this post), so no issues with us owning guns.

We are not really allowed to use them for self defence though, but then as 99.9% of Aussies would say, defence against what??? For the majority of us we would never have to think about defending ourselves or know anyone who has, for most of us, crime just isn't a thing we have to think about.
For the vast majority in Australia the idea of needing to defend yourself is as alien as it would be for an American to want to fit roo bars to your car to protect your car when hitting kangaroos. (which is normal in my area). So while we might be weak for not defending ourselves against criminals, we would argue you are weak for not protecting your cars against kangaroos. Different countries have different needs. (that said, if I lived in USA, I likely would buy a handgun for self defence so I have no issues with Americans having them for self defence in their country)

I think when we say “weak” in connection with European brothers, we mean weak for standing by and letting them confiscate your sporting rifles. Weak for having tiny sissy cars in most places instead of big trucks. Weak for all caving into the Nazis so easily and having us come there to pick up the slack.

That’s only what I perceive others’ opinions to be based on. I’ve never been to Europe, so I don’t really have an opinion on them, except I love all their YouTube channels where they use scrap to make useful tools. Beautiful knives from auto springs and the like. All those former communist countries seem to be the best at that kind of thing. Taking rusty shit and engineering and fabricating fantastic beautiful things.

They seem to have more of an appreciation for the long term usefulness of things, rather seeing everything as disposable garbage.

I know you are just expressing the common beliefs of some people, but those opinions are due to ignorance. America did not have to defend itself against foreign invaders constantly and it was able to grow exponentially as a result, while other countries had deal with constant wars and destruction. America does not share borders with other powers. Canada is basically America, there’s hardly a difference. Mexico is cheap labor.

Europeans created all the best sports cars in the world, but gas is 3-4x more expensive there than here so people have to make due with more efficient vehicles. The roads are narrower because cities are ancient and a big truck or suv would not fit. It’s simply not possible to own a truck for most people. People own them, but for business in most cases.

It wasn’t just Nazi germany that caused the chaos that was WWII, it was the cluster of countries and alliances which strong armed weaker or smaller countries into joining them. They were called the axis powers. America only joined the war at the very end, and Germany was not going to win anyhow because their armies had largely been destroyed in the cold Russian tundras. If anything, America came in at the last moment to claim victory and to prevent the Russians from taking over Europe, as a return payment for defeating Germany/Italy. That’s how the Berlin Wall happened. It’s a little rich when people claim America is so tough when it’s really 50 states combined with two big pillows on each side called the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.

Americans are the rich spoiled kids that always got their way and live in the big house on the hill. Owning a gun is not equivalent to being tough. Go to Eastern Europe and see some real tough men. They’ll pull you out of your car in traffic and put you in the hospital mid day. I’ve seen bar fights where my friends came out with bloody shoes from all the blood on the floor. They don’t have all the police officers and law enforcement to come save them. They have to handle things with their fists and a knife. That’s a real man. Shooting someone is for pussies. Let’s be real, nobody here had to use a weapon for self defense. It’s an ego thing, and it is fear-based. The fattest, most out of shape idiots I know have carry weapons. Are they tough? I know guys in Europe that will knock a motherfucker out before he can reach for his gun. Just because they wear different clothes and drive more fuel efficient cars doesn’t mean they won’t beat the living daylights out of someone who disrespects them. I know this, I’ve seen this. So let’s end the euro talk cause it’s downright retarded.

Yeah nothing too serious, it just few dbol and tren , they have more serious shit to deal with rather then chasing you up for this... Forces focus on UGLs, because that's where they can stop a huge supply, everyone knows this cannot be stopped at consumer level which is you and me so the resources it costs to government and tax payers money (police time, Court time, paperwork etc), is just not justified so it's not a big thing.

Yeah if you "have to" go to court, go, have fun and chill, tell judge that you need trt and Australian medical system is shit crap where doctors never ever helps anyone suffering from low test. (Hahahhaha don't do that although this is true) but have fun seriously, this is not bad or anything.

I believe you will not get a fine, warning is enough. The amount is too low. But any case pay it off and get out, no need to waste more time and energy or these small things.

Get your next batch on different address anyways just in case if your packages are being monitored..

You are mashing up a bunch of different things, maybe intentionally to confuse the issue, i dont know. You quoted my post, but i never equated guns to being tough. I never mentioned anyone shooting someone to show toughness. we all know that is ridiculous. Go read my post carefully, without trying to conform it to your preconceived notions. im sorry if the issue is that there is something lost in the translation. i know i have seen some metric- philes get pissed off at some american brother's posting because they didnt get the humor due to a language barrier.

i said that many consider it being pussy to standby and voluntarily let government run ramshack over your rights, particularly regarding guns. If you dont stand up for them you lose them.

Get your next batch on different address anyways just in case if your packages are being monitored..
remember in court to point out that if you were a woman switching up to be a man, there would be no problem getting hormone treatment, and to be critical of you for using hormone replacement is transphobic, or whatever its called.

I wasn’t talking to you directly, as I mentioned in my first sentence. The last paragraph was in response to population of people who think “euros are pussies.” I know you were just explaining the sentiments of some people, and my response was to those people.

No need for all this man, it's a simple matter, no one should try to make it complicated

USA here, but regardless your geography the sanctions go from nothing (in regions where it's not a controlled substance), to a proverbial slap on the wrist. Most likely a very minor fine or probationary period/warning, it's only a problem in large quantities when a case can be made for distribution/sales.

I'd be interested in what the attorney has to say, please update this thread with that information. I only skimmed replies, so if you already have, please cite that post.

    Best to you.

Haha, yes, maybe I should tell them I identify as a woman who wants to become a man. I think they will either tell me, "good on you girl" or will be too afraid to touch me. Gotta make the most out of the ridiculousness in society these days.

These are a thing and are very advisable to have in the rural area where I live. (but no we don't have kangaroos hopping down the main street of town)

I spoke to my solicitor again today and she kind of says similar to you. I am looking forwards to seeing what happens but it seems the only people to benefit from this will be the solicitors.
As for the TRT, I have spoken to a bloke who is a retired doctor and he told me that to be put on TRT in the free public system, you need to be really bottomed out on test levels before they will put you on. He says a man in my shape has no chance of getting it for free but he might be able to find a sympathetic private doctor but it could cost a few hundred. I really would liked to have done TRT legitimately, not only so this shit doesn't happen.
