Oatmeal And Bulking
Ive been reading a lot in the recipe forum laterly and notice that oatmeal is a good help when bulking up. Its cheap, easy to make, and doesnt taste to bad.
I just want to know if it is an ideal long term solution to getting the calories I need, I mean could I have like 2-3 portions of this stuff in my diet and still gain some quality mass ?

Its hard to find a better low GI carb than oatmeal. Not only does it provide slow burning energy but it also is heart healthy according to a recent study published in M&F.

Yeah I here what your saying Swole. I think I have got my diet in check but just felt it was missing a bit of an edge, so I think I'l try the oatmeal 2-3 times a day with some bannanas and raisins and sh1t in it in the mornings. Along with my MRP and protein shakes I should pack on a good few pounds
