oh aright, got ya bro. I like the outline though, like what meals contain carbs and fats, I may try it but adjust my carb intake accordingly.

You should be having a pro/fat meal about 1 hour prior to working out. If you need to have carbs, have them 4-6 hours before workout for them to have any effect.

so none or one meal with carbs on non-workout days?
and only 5 meals? Restrict calories that much on non-workout days? It's not enough that you are not taking in PWO calories, you actually have to cut a meal?
Sorry if I am missing something, just trying to understand
thanks

Well on workout days... you're having 6 meals because PWO is a meal. So non workout days, no PWO.. so yes only 5 meals..

would i be able to cut up eating less than that? there are a few meals a day. all-be-it they are small pieces of meat and maybe some nuts or oatmeal, but would i be able to lose quicker if i only ate 1 meal a day? have some protein shakes instead of meals throughout the day and maybe some fruit? then have the chicken or steak or whatever for a dinner?

see, i am not too corncerned about muscle at this point. i need to shed about 30lbs... of fat. once i can get rid of that excessive weight, i will start working on gaining muscle. i just need to lose fat 1st.
