Really just an opinion from you guys. I am looking at using oats for my carb source all day(except for dex/malto PWO).

To me, it is not ideal because of more fat than other choices like yams/brwn rice.... but it is looking like it will be my main option.

Poor as hell right now and I have a ton of oats just sittin that I stocked up on before.

How far do you think it will set me back? Think I can still hit 6% BF from about 9%??
