    I am doing low carb right now and find its going great.

    When i reach my target weight i will re-introduce carbs into my diet but this time i will do it the right way.
    Morning will be oat meal, green veggies and cut out all carbs after 3pm.
    Brown rice should be another good choice for diner.
    Supper will be light veggies with some chicken or meat.

    I did the CKD back in 2002 and on weekends i carbed up with crap, skittles, sugar and all kind of bad carbs, results where that at the end of my carb up which was 48 hours i add regained all that i add lost during the week and more.

    HAs for you if you are not losing eating rice and regular carb check out for low glycemic ones.

    Good luck Novastepp and post some before after pics.

    i'm glad u are having success. but i am proposing my diet i actually may never include a pro/fat meal. but i'm still debating and reconstructing.... i will create a log with stats, (my damn phone won't put pics on the net and i dont have access to a digital) so no pics. but stats, measurements and daily activities.... for all who actually give a [email protected]

    ridiculous, but i really need to get past these finals. i'm eating like crap just trying to keep my cals up. time is horribly tight and im eating anything i can. consider this a 2 week dirty bulk i suppose??
