I was wondering if this is a good diet plan.


I am 5’11, 175ponds, 29years

Breakfast1 oatmeal or bagel, mass gainer shake (2scoops)

Meal 2 Turkey sandwich, protein shake

Meal 3(lunch) chicken breast 1cup rice

Meal 4 tuna sandwich, protein shake

Meal 5(dinner) steak large bowl pasta

Post workout, mass gainer shake (2 scoops)

Meal 6, 8 whole eggs, mass gainer shake (2 scoops)
