    Workouts should no be no longer than 1 hour 15 mins at the most IMO, but if you finish before that it's ok. Anything longer would probably lead to overtraining.

    Cardio - it takes around 20 mins for you body to reach a thermogenic state after cardio has began, so cardio should always at least if not longer than 20 min for optimal fat burning to occur. Personally never tried anything above 45 mins cardio as i have never had to, so cant comment on really. Anyhting over 60mins could possibly make yor body enter a catbolic state? correct me if am wrong?

    thanks for the advice bro..... im trying to get a cycle out here.... i figured that would be a little easier on my knees

    wow... i feel kinda bad. yes, i am talking about a cycling maachine...... i dont do real bikes anymore. not with these hills and traffic. in the last 2 weeks ive been doin my cardio ive almost been hit by cars/logging trucks 8 times.

    im stoked. i got a heart rate monitor and a new weight set yesterday. the bench has a leg curl and side arm curls also.... time to get serious about loosin this weight.....
