Protein Pudding
ANyone make there protein with just a tad of water so it's almost like a syrup.....any stomach issues?

No, but I'll buy fat free/sugar free pudding and put a scoop of protein powder in that!

i mix it with natural yoghurt and use it as a sauce for pancakes. You can buy protein puddings too. PVL,CNP and INSTONE all make them

Just wondering if you keeping mixing it with just a tad of water till it becomes really syrupy and stringy if itll cause stomach issues....

I was wondering about that as well. I thought sugar free pudding still contained a decent amt of carbbs.

SF pudding has like 20 in the enitre box......cant be that corncerned with it....I just dont like it pretraining, as it crashed me...(the malto)
I got blend and pb pre...maybe some tuna...
