    solid meal instead of whey pwo

    hey i have been doing some searching and i see that some of you guys use a solid meal instead of whey pwo.. so if i get a pro/carb meal ( chken/oats ) my PPWO should be somethiung siomilar right? ( chicken and some b.rice )

    main question is if i get a solid pwo meal do i need a ppwo?

    Ummm why would you want to give up your PWO shake??? Do the PWO shake followed by your PWO meal...it works, so why mess with it?

    It depends of you total daily intake. If you are getting enough macros with just the PWO meal then its okay, if PPWO meal will lead to overconsumption and thus lead to fat then you can skip it. On the other hand if you are under consuming then it will compromise your gains
