    I really have no idea. I carry a Nalegene bottle with me all day and refill it when it's gone but I don't keep track of how many times.

    2-3 litres. i dont get how people can drink 2 gallons. id be pissing non stop, i would actually have to live in the toilet.

    I try to drink a lot, well about a gallon a day but I drink a lot of coffee, I need to cut down on the coffee and drink more Water..
